I have yet to have a virtual/video visit with my provider because of a glitch with the question about whether I have bee there before. I have tried to no avail on iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad mini purchased 2 urs ago. No dive. The only way I can do it is to go get somebody’s tho can see to select that one darn radio button. Without it, no appt. nobody trying to use it or giving it lower ratings is the problem. I am fully Independant and the button does not work. I have been using apple’s voice over since my iPhone 4. Please fix that button? The clinic told me lots of other people also have that same issue. I hoped the last update would fictions it but it did not. I need to be seen or go to the emergency room in person. This is ridiculous.

I tried and tried to use this app it will not allow me to choose yes or no when you get to the button that wants to know whether or not you’ve seen this doctor before after two months you think that will fix this problem since I know someone else also reviewed it for the same issue said maybe if they get enough complaints then actually fix it

Hi I’ve used this app to help my 90+ year old parents attend video consultations with their doctors during the pandemic. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time; 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select; 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision.
I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. Especially when they may not be feeling well so a simplified check in would be greatly appreciated. As well as older users would benefit as well. Thank you.
