It’s midnight in Vegas, i checked the urgent care and ER wait times and they were saying 120minutes minimum wait. Not to mention ER is a $500 co pay for me, and urgent care is $40. I figured it can’t hurt to spend $10 to try NowClinic. I already knew what was wrong with me and what medication I needed (unfortunately it’s a recurring infection)
I submitted my info and NowClinic told me there was one person ahead of me. About 15 minutes later it updated to say I was next in line, and it buffered for about 10 seconds while saying something like “connecting you” (way less waiting than physically going to see a doctor)
I talked to the doctor for 4 minutes.. yes, 4 minutes!! She sent a prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy and I was taking my first dose all within one hour of downloading NowClinic ! I really can’t see myself stepping foot into a drs office again.... guys... I DID THIS NAKED! under a blanket from my couch. It was really only $10!! No extra charges or hidden fees. I just had to pay for my prescription at the pharmacy, but that’s normal and through insurance.
Had I gone to urgent care I would have paid $40 or ER $500!

Unfortunately I just lost my two main medical providers to insurance changes, and so I was left in situation in need of care urgently, not sure where to turn. I’d had a poor experience at Urgent Care earlier in the week. I was so blown away by the care I received by Shanna Holman today, and the thoroughness of our visit that I am kicking myself for not contacting Now Clinic before even bothering with Urgent Care, thinking this situation might need an “in person” visit. I also loved the intake form in the Now Clinic App that allows you to give a thorough explanation of what’s going on and post as many photos as you need to, either from your photo album, your camera, or both. Most importantly, this is all SO EASY to use. I can’t say enough good things about my experience today. It’s not the first time I’ve ever used Now Clinic but it was the best & I will definitely be returning to Shanna Holman in the future.

My right eye has had a problem for 4 days and is extremely sensitive to light. I really did not look forward to the prospect of going out into the Las Vegas sunshine and waiting 75 minutes at my local urgent care. The this app App provided an immediate visit without leaving my home. I was able to video a NP with 33 years of experience. She was thorough, efficient, wrote a prescription for antibiotics eye drops, and told me what my next steps need to be if it does not improve. She also told me to change my pillow cases and sheets for the next two days so as not to reinfect myself (that is very comprehensive care) . I was able to see an outstanding healthcare professional quickly, efficiently, and from the comfort of my own home without possibly infecting others by going out. An absolutely incredible app and service!

Nowdoc is free with my insurance vs $55 for a doctor or more for urgent care. You can get a tamiflu prescription if you go to a doctor within the first 48 hours from when the symptoms start. I realized this near the end of day 2. If I’d waited to go to a doctor, aside front the Inconvenience, it would have been past the 48hours and they wouldn’t give it to me then anyway. But I used nowdoc and the doctor was super nice, and Ordered the liquid version for my daughter. She also called several pharmacies to find a 24hour one that had the liquid in stock for me, while I was on the phone, so I couldn’t have to drive around. So glad to see technology is finally getting us where we need to be. Now, they just need to drive that prescription to my house...

The this app is a great idea. NowClinic , however is terrible. If you use another app while waiting, it apparently kicks you out of line. But, it said I was still in line on a pop up. Yet, I could find on NowClinic where it showed I was still in line. It only showed that I was not—from the very limited information available.

This error in NowClinic is near infuriating. There is no way to navigate NowClinic to see open appointments / to get back to where you are in line. I cannot even confirm if I am in line still. If I am, how will the session open if it’s not on my screen?

This is a basic function that needs to be in NowClinic . That this function is not in NowClinic moves NowClinic from a high score to a single star. Whoever developed NowClinic clearly hasn’t ever used it.

My daughter had a minor eye infection after being poked in it a few days ago. It’s Saturday morning before NYE weekend and I did NOT want to lug both kids to an urgent care and wait with a bunch of coughing sick people over a possible eye infection. Instead, I downloaded NowClinic and connected with the PA for free and had an Rx called in within 45 minutes!!!! Amazing! The PA was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable- diagnosed her immediately with confidence. I was able to add my pharmacy information and take pics of the problem before even speaking to him. Great way to take care of those small things that still need a prescription!

This was the 1st time using a service like this and I swear I’m never going to the urgent care office again unless they can’t help me. Perfect for just about anything you would need at an in person dr visit. Dr. Mathis was amazing, the environment so much more relaxed than a traditional visit. The visit was due to a 2nd degree burn from a grease fire; we got a prescription and great advice on wound care minus being exposed to Covid-19 or any other infectious ailment awaiting you at an urgent care or emergency room! AND this was using traditional HPN Medicaid. Totally free! Thank you Dr. Mathis and this app! Trish & Dewayne

The call was clear but it sound like static so I had trouble speaking with the doctor. Overall the doctor was amazing his name is Michael Johnson. It’s the second time I’ve dealt with him and he’s always been polite and helpful. I wish he lived in my city I would definitely have him as my primary care doctor! I always have a great experience it’s just this time that it didn’t work too well and I was worried the call would drop because NowClinic wasn’t working that well. I still recommend using NowClinic it’s so helpful especially with everything going on right now it’s fast and easy and you don’t have to leave your home.

And this is the perfect solution for someone like me that has a very heavy workload seven days a week and finds it difficult to go to an urgent care or my primary because of the time it takes out of your schedule here once again very professional friendly courteous couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you again for everything greatly appreciate you guys always being here ready to get back out on the front lineMaster Sergeant

Carolyn Schut was incredible! She exceeded my expectations of what I expected and what I have received in the past by dieticians! She was knowledgeable and patient! Empathetic to my unique needs and health situation. She actually read my chart and was helpful in giving me the answers and facts I need. I am less anxious and stressed about my well being. She is sending me literature for aid in certain types of protein as a reference. She was a breath of fresh air and I feel much more armed to combat my disease! I appreciate her patience and knowledge!

So far my experience has been quick and painless. No need to drive you see a doctor from the comfort of your home. Doctors are so friendly and helpful. This was the first time I’ve done it with my sons and I will probably continue of doing it here. No need to wait hours on the phone for an appointment, waiting in the waiting room etc. This is absolutely amazing! Everyone needs to know about Now Clinic and their amazing staff!

Pharmacy nearest to me is my Walgreens. App had other Walgreens but not mine. Also it would be helpful if NowClinic offered options to sort the pharmacy list by store name or all Walgreens listed together all cvs listed together. Your programmer can create an interface option to do this. Please refer this to your application development team. Thankfully the PA used my default RX from my Southwest medical files and as a practice does not use NowClinic to sen Rx’s

Dr. Ontanillas is easy to talk to and he “Listen.” He doesn’t get the big head because he’s a doctor and he doesn’t talk over me as some doctors does as though they know everything. He makes sure that I’m referred to the right specialist(s) and he sends me to get blood work or X-rays done if needed. Thank you so much Dr. Ontanillas. You have been a great physician to me and for that I am truly thankful and grateful. God bless you and stay safe. Respectfully, Hattie Marie Topps.

I can’t begin to tell you how convenient this was for me I was overwhelmed with the thought of driving across town with my 4 year old as a single working mom my time is limited. All I needed was some pink eye drops and I did it from my couch at home after I got off work at night in a matter of 10 mins. I still can’t believe how great this is. Looking forward to using this method of care in the future.

I just had the best doctors visit ever. I met with a female physician assistant who was an absolute Angel. I am a 53 year mother of six who recently got bit by my daughter’s rescue Jack Russell. I really dread having to go to the doctors office, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic we are all having to go through. However, my physician assistant was exceptional today, not only was she very professional, thorough, she made me feel very comfortable and really listened to me and my concerns. Thank you this app.

This is the most amazing and convenient app ever! Saves time, money, and piece of mind! Quick and user friendly. Providers are so nice and as odd as this sounds make you feel comfortable like your physically sitting next to them. The visit takes less than 10 minutes and prescriptions are sent over and processed right away. They can access your previous history of visits so you don’t need to go over it with them.

Called in and had a visit with a Doctor that told me that what I was experiencing wasn’t the bronchitis I’ve been diagnosed with for years. In fact she said It was impossible that I’ve ever had bronchitis since I wasn’t a smoker. She also said since I wasn’t running a temperature I needed to just breath steam to stop the horrible cough I’d had for 4 days. She also said to “message” her if I started running a temperature and she would call in a prescription. I tried messaging her 2 days later to tell her I now had a temperature and she had her messaged shut off. I called customer service and the had her turn it on. I left her a message telling her I had a temperature and needed the antibiotics... she said make another appointment - SCAM SCAM SCAM!

The title says it all! I fractured my spine 30 years ago and I get urinary tract infections 5 or 6 times a year because I have to use catheters. I have used NowClinic three or four times and it has saved me so much time and $45 to $60 in co-pays!

The only problem I have with it is that I cannot change my weight that is displayed on NowClinic . I have lost ten pounds, and I’m trying to lose ten more, but NowClinic will always tell my providers that I’m 215 pounds.

This was the first time that I have used a virtual setting for a Dr. visit. For mild and minor things this is the way to go. You just enter some basic stuff and then you get to choose from a list of available doctors and review their qualifications. My Dr. was great, was finished in about 10 minutes and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. Everything worked the way is should.

Ive called late at night and in the early morning multiple times. I’ve even used NowClinic for my daughters pink eye. Its sooooooo easy and convenient. I also go to the 24 hour urgent care after work but I dont live close to it. I almost forgot about NowClinic. This was a genius move! There was only one time that I was told that I would need to actually go into a facility to get checked out and whew luckily I did when I did.

NowClinic is amazing! I was a little hesitant about downloading because I never heard of online visits . However , it was straight forward. Told the physician what the problem was and poof just like that he sent over a prescription to my pharmacy . I was buying over the counter medication and it wouldn’t go away . Now I’m just happy I don’t have to miss a day of work going to a doctors office just to get a prescription . Thanks NowClinc!

I waited for less than 5 minutes for the Doctor to come online today, and he was great. He ordered meds for me and mentioned Walgreens could deliver to my home. The day before,I had one patient in front of me and it was a 15-20 minute wait, which seemed like forever. Considering I almost I fell asleep while waiting, I called back when they were less busy today.

The this app is such a great idea it is so much better to wait at home then and her doctors office where everybody is sick and you’re exposing not only yourself but your children to whatever these people are bringing into the offices to be seen for. The great thing about it is we are at home comfortable in PJs, the kids can be coloring and get to be active at home while waiting to talk to somebody about question or an illness.

NowClinic is amazing!! I didn’t know know it’d be so easy to use. Very convenient!! I waited no more than five minutes for my turn to see the doctor and they were able to diagnose and prescribe something then and there. Didn’t have to go to an urgent care or anything they just called in my prescription and done!!! This is my first time EVER rating an app, cause I was just so impressed with it I HAD to share!!

I was very impressed with the quick wait time & very nice & informative physician. I only had to wait a few minutes & it was super easy to discuss my symptoms & get helpful recommendations. I had never used an app to go to the doctor before & I totally recommend it! This is way more efficient than going to the urgent care. Now all I have to do is drive to my closest pharmacy- so I give it 5 stars!!

I don’t Know what I would do without the Now Clinic. I have a recurring infection and require antibiotics quite often. The physician assistants are always so nice, understanding and helpful. My online visits usually last less than six minutes and my script is called in almost simultaneously. It’s so convenient. Thank you SMA....you have helped me take care of my health in ways I never would have before.
