iClinicHealth has a big problem right now. I signed in from 6-7 PM EST and when I go to “Medical > lab reports” i get an error that says “oops failed to load data”. I get the same error when i go to “medication or vaccination”. iClinicHealth is failing to load my data.

It appears to be that iClinicHealth fails to load data when the data is loaded after business hours. But if thats the case, whats the point of having iClinicHealth if it cant load my medical records when u need them?

Wow, the COVID vaccine is HERE!!! It has been very difficult for some family members and friends to search the websites and book appointments for vaccination. Now iClinicHealth comes with this life-saving feature. I cannot wait for more places are opening up for more people. Good job!

I’m always checking on my health since apps were invented to communicate with your drs. But at times I feel like I’m talking to myself. I send messages and not sure if my drs is receiving them cause I never get a reply. Medicine refill request I’ve yet to hear anything! Could it be that the dr didn’t get my notifications for new messages? App is complicated

Hi, I downloaded this application three time
And stil having problem with it, for once when I click open start flashing and flashing sometime I’m not in the mood for it so I leave iClinicHealth , but for me to communicate with my doctor is the worst, have a doctor that I never heard before and it just don’t go through to my doctor, I told my doctor he don’t know why this application is acting up, please fix it.

While I check the document folder, did not see the document for some reason.

I’m elated that it’s installed on my iPhone. It’s a highly recommended app to install on your phone.

I hate that the patient records are only available via phone / tablet. This is not practical because, most often, these patient records will need to be forwarded to other providers. Since the UX in iClinicHealth is not the best, it’s actually easier to just call the medical office and have them email me the patient records.

Appointment time is set to Eastern Standard Time and the office I go to is in CA. If I have an appointment scheduled with my physician for 2pm, it shows up on my schedule as 5pm. It also shows it as a CONFIRMED appointment after the office calls with a reminder. Hopefully this can be fixed to make it clearer for patients and the physician’s office.

If you are going to provide a health care app, make it usable for both the patient and Doctor. Follow the “follow my health” app.

If I need a prescription refilled, I just send a request via iClinicHealth and it’s done. If I wanted to send the doctor a message it’s done via iClinicHealth .

Why can’t you do the same??

Doctor keeps calling me but green button doesn’t do anything. Broken app with too many steps to sign up. Insanely frustrating when it takes 20 mins to sign up but a doctors visit is only 15 mins!

iClinicHealth is beautiful, very catchy design and interchanging pic of labreport and the statistic is surprising me!

There is no option to delete your account which may lead to hackers taking personal information about you!!!!

It’s really inconvenient that I am stuck to using only a phone for access! Extremely short sighted and not user friendly!

Unable to send messages from my providers office but I can receive them.

System says I have 33 messages. Go to inbox says ooppps sorry no messages.
It’s like looking for someone who works at Wal-Mart to ask questions.
Maybe it’s only as good as who inputs the info.
