- Does not allow payment of Credit Card bills, Electricity Bills, Mahanagar Gas Bill or any payments to Third Party

- No scratch card offer given after first electricity bill payment

- Poor customer service

- Transaction is showing completed but still not credited to my account

- Not supporting on call if you are not calling from your registered number
