Still not working!

An update from me! After phoning several times with no “fix”, I got a “ticket number” that was supposed to help. Now I get a weekly email asking me to sign in. I would if myportalbyDignityHealth would let me!!! Still get “Oops!” and a spinning notice about the linking being in progress. Because the “upgrade” to myportalbyDignityHealth required a higher IOS than my perfectly good older iPhone could use, like MANY older patients, I went ahead and bought a new iPhone that has the highest IOS available. Some bought new iPads. This unexpected purchase was a burden to many, but older populations have a greater need to communicate directly to their doctors through messaging. I used myportalbyDignityHealth at least monthly regarding medications, and it was a great help before the “upgrade”. New “upgrade” is still not working after a few more weeks. Is Dignity, or “CommonSpirit” or somebody - the Dignity “app developer” maybe?- going to pay for the new phone I bought to accommodate the required IOS? Maybe older patients who bought new equipment can get together and submit a bill.

I dont like how they give me all this to sign up but its only for myself.. its only my records on there.. I have a 2 in a half year old daughter and they told me i can go to My Portal and see her Covid 19 test results but I dont even see her on there just myself. And when i try to contact someone to get these results i get transferred and not even answered. No one answered at all and i call 6 times‼️
That’s ridiculous to have to call that many times to get any info on my childs results when i was told it be there when they are clearly not there. How do i add her on there? so I can see her recent visits and test results? Because myportalbyDignityHealth does not help in providing that and not making it easy to access. Please fix this Dignity Health.

Shockingly bad

Dignity’s my portal is SO bad. I’m trying to help coordinate my mother’s care from a different city. A few weeks ago we were mysteriously locked out of the system. I heard there’s a merger that is causing problems with people’s ability to log in? How are they letting that happen? Support wait times are crazy. I tried to do chat and was never connected with an agent. No response to my email. My husband, daughter and I use MyHealthOnline, which is SO much better. Dignity is hard to navigate by phone, too, so I was hoping a good app would make things easier, but sadly that’s not the case. It’s gotten to the point where I want to get my mom out of the dignity system solely because of myportalbyDignityHealth .

App is basically a link to website

This just goes to the website where the same functionality is then buggy due to the mobile interface. It doesn’t seem like there was much in the way of QA done. Some times the menu button works, sometimes not. When trying to select a date range, the page blanks and then you have to scroll to get to the calendar. I couldn’t figure out how to navigate from start date selection to end date selection.

You’re better off using the website directly.

Cannot even sign in-please fix

I cannot even fully sign in. It asks you to check a box to agree to their terms and conditions. When you try to check the box it tells you that you have to scroll to the bottom to read all of the terms and conditions. I scrolled down as far as I could (which wasn’t far) and then when I check the box it again says I have to scroll to the bottom. I did! It’s an endless loop and this a completely useless app. Please fix!

Won’t let me reset my password

I’ve been trying to access my medical records for Dignity Health (I had septoplasty with them over a year ago), and apparently it doesn’t remember my password. I reset it, but when I answered the security question (which I set up myself), myportalbyDignityHealth doesn’t recognize it. This is deeply frustrating because it shows me that Cerner Health (who are they?) doesn’t give a rip about its patients.

Either fix this, or I’m calling someone. That’s not a threat. It’s a promise.

My Portal App - DOES NOT DELIVER!

This dang app is WORTHLESS!!! DO NOT INSTALL IT! Do not waste your time!

I am portal savvy and have used health portals for years successfully. Not this one. It is pure frustration.

It will not open after keying email address and password. Therefore, I cannot make appointments, see upcoming appointments, send email and photos to doctor, view lab results, etc.

myportalbyDignityHealth WILL MAYBE OPEN ONCE and no more. Then I MUST CALL TECH SUPPORT each and every time. The mobile app and online access cannot be counted on and is not myportalbyDignityHealth it is advertised to deliver.

STOP TOUTING THIS AS A GOOD SERVICE! It’s no good, no bueño, doesn’t work 98% of the time.

Dignity, you need to fix this NOW or pull it down!!!!

Invest in enhancing and making this portal work properly for users.

It deserves a “0” rating.

Horrible app

Wish I could give it no stars. Can’t read full messages from doc or attachments that are in message- and app doesn’t turn if you think it will expand more of what’s unseen. Can’t really see all the message unless you access it via a PC; even through link in email, not all text is seen. Will delete myportalbyDignityHealth . Hopeful that it becomes better. Liked the previous portal with previous electronic medical record system better- much easier to “see it all.”

Inconvenient

The whole point of this is to make it convenient for you to contact your dr or drs office and access your health information but why do I feel like it’s more frustrating than helpful? Dignity needs to fix their “my care” to work better like UCD’s “mychart”. It’s such a waste of my time going through all the trouble signing up in person at the clinic for this dignity portal to not even have access to my recent visit summaries AND be able to send messages to my drs office.

App doesn’t work

I’ve never been more frustrated by an application than I am with this one. I’m in a situation where I still can’t log onto to the website with myportalbyDignityHealth , but I’m able to do so easily by just using the website. I have reset my password at least twice after contacting customer support several times and am now just giving up and going directly to the website.

Bad to worse

before myportalbyDignityHealth got updated I just had one credential to use to login. Now I have to use two credentials to login. Why?…also why does myportalbyDignityHealth go to a website? I might as well use my browser instead to login. overall dignity Health and it’s medical partners should re-develop their IT systems and apps to integrate them into one user login interface!

Dignity health needs to get its act together.

I have spent two hours trying to set up my patient portal and the corresponding app only to be completely thwarted by their super confusing system. As near as I can tell, dignity health has two separate portals. One is called IQ Health and the other one is called My Care. Your doctor may use one or the other. I never could get myportalbyDignityHealth to work right. I am taking off my phone.

There is no information, there is no help being given. myportalbyDignityHealth is simply links to a webpage that gives you more links to (yes you guessed it) MORE LINKS. If you want to get better, just go to a different healthcare company all together. Very disappointed in their incredibly unhelpful service and very unhappy with the company.

Useless

myportalbyDignityHealth is useless and highly frustrating. Dignity health needs to upgrade IT ... Hello human kindness is fine but you will still lose your clientele if ALL of the other major health systems are doing it better. How difficult is it to create an app that works. Don’t push it out if it doesn’t! I miss Kaiser... UCD MYCHART is also highly functional. Take note dignity health.

Apple Health Records broken

The fact that myportalbyDignityHealth is terrible is unacceptable and then the fact that Apple Health Records is broken is extremely unacceptable. Please fix ASAP. Also I already talked to Apple Support like Dignity Support told me too because it’s not on their end, but it is.

Doesn’t work at all

I keep getting told you can schedule office visits, look at lab results, chat with the Dr on the patient portal. BUT IT KEEPS SAYING PAGE NOT FOUND, go back and click…. Really! If you’re going to put up a site, the least you could do is make sure it works before telling us to use it. :-(((

Unable to access app

I’ve never been able to log into myportalbyDignityHealth . I’ve been a patient for over a year now and while I’m able to log in and access my portal online, myportalbyDignityHealth never allows me to log in. It’s so inconvenient. I’ve even tried resetting my password and it still doesn’t work. Waste of space in my phone.

Now opens up on messaging which allows you to contact your doctor quickly and easily.

Was easy to print up copies of x-ray reports, but does not give you the option to print up lab tests. Had to take a screenshot and then print labs up to keep a copy .

Doesn’t work, ever. myportalbyDignityHealth redirects in an endless loop from app to website, then back to app, back to website, ad nauseum. Can’t use it for anything. Total waste of time. A company that big should have the resources to produce a better product. Complete garbage.

All my information from the old site was supposed to transfer but it did not
I think this could be better.
Was quite a experience trying to set this up.
Ended up calling for help finally got in.
The lady never told me there was an app I just tried it and found this.
Yeah not easy to set up, Dr. office gave me a wrong PIN number and wrong up address it figures.
It would be helpful if the correct information was given to patients at the front desk.

Terrible app needs lots of help

I just downloaded myportalbyDignityHealth today I’m already disappointed. Takes forever to open, then says “something went wrong try again later”. But then opens. Unless you fix it’s a waste of my time which translates to a waste of my doctor’s time. So much for efficiency.

I needed my medical records and had to drive to two different locations to get setup to use myportalbyDignityHealth . Behold, two apps will not work and this one was the worst.
Going to submit of removal of the non-functioning app.

Unfortunately this app doesn’t work

myportalbyDignityHealth would be awesome if it would let people login but I’m hoping that the developers will fix this issue so I can be able to use myportalbyDignityHealth instead of my web browser.

App changed

I have been using myportalbyDignityHealth and it was doing just fine. But in the last week it wont let me click on a lab result to see the history of that one test. And i can not back page without it locking up.

I keep signing in, it takes me straight back to the sign in page. I think they developed myportalbyDignityHealth found it didn’t work and never worked on it again .
