I tried logging into my account after the latest update of the mobile app and it gave me this prompt saying my account doesn’t exist anymore but all of my music is still live & in the stores. I’ve tried using both my Apple ID from the purchase as well as my account email login. Please help me I have no idea what’s happening and I’m afraid I’ve just lost access to my content. It repeatedly says my account does not exist and I cannot get an email to resent my password. My subscription is still live and active. I’ve received ONE support response and it wasn’t helpful nor did it work. I’ve been waiting for a response for a week and haven’t received or heard anything back.
