My album wasn't approved because 2 of the songs in it were already release. But I followed their article on how to re-release a single in an album so I don't understand why. I wrote tones of emails but no one is answering me. My album should be released in 15 days and they last wrote me a week ago. I am seriously considering about leaving Amuse.

I’ve been with amuse as a PRO member $60 a year for over 2 years. I am payed up through 3/2022. I was very happy with their service with over 320,000 streams on Spotify alone. Suddenly without any warning or issues with my account they took down every song I had released through them leaving nothing in release. I recently had over 1500 songs saved to personal playlists on Spotify from promotions I paid a lot of money to promote my music however by removing every song in release those tracks are no longer playable to my fans who saved them. Years of hard work erased from the public eye with No reason given… I want to know why. I’m a respected professional musician with a history in music. Out of nowhere they have taken down 30 songs from distribution all over the world. Songs I had released over the past few years, songs I transferred from reliable distributors to amuse… I trusted them and they have literally wiped out years of hard work and so much money spent on promotions. There are no words to express how upset I am with this company who led me into a false sense of security only to delete for no reason my entire catalog… They removed all my releases over a week ago I had noticed that my normal streaming numbers had dropped to zero from my Normal amount. I had gone onto the amuse site to get my royalties they owed me… when I was shocked by what I saw I had no music left in release the site saying my songs were requested to be removed… by who I would never decimate my entire catalog in one fell swoop that would be career suicide. It’s been 2 days since I frantically wrote them what is happening and 12 hours ago I got a notice that someone will contact me shortly… however nothing since and since I’m in California and their in Sweden they would be closed till late tonight. I have to start over there’s nothing available from me except 2 songs that were released on Compilation albums this past summer from WOA international Records if it weren’t for them I would have lost my Spotify account completely. At this point they don’t think my hard work over the past years warranted an emergency approach to solving my problems with the deletion of everything I’ve worked so hard for so long. I have to warn anyone who is thinking of trusting amuse.io with their life’s work in music to take this situation as a warning of what might happen to you if you trust amuse.io to release your music. I’m devastated I was so stressed out by finding out I have been erased from the public eye I got really sick over the weekend… it’s unthinkable that Amuseio could do this to a legitimate artist and take so long to respond and address this event in such a nonchalant matter. Shame on you Amuseio for what you have done to this hardworking artist who didn’t deserve to be decimated in such a callous way.

GREAT UNTIL HYPERWALLET

I am an artist that has been using amuse for some time (I would say about 2+ years) and I NEVER had a problem with getting my money out. But then came hyperwallet that has prevented me from pulling my money for the past 4+ months. For the very first time I logged into the hyperwallet portal the email told me I have to make an account. I go to the website and there is NO register button. So I use my email and my password that I use for amuse. That did not work AT ALL and it got to the point where they suspended my account and I’ve never even logged in once. The customer service number is just to some card company and I feel as if they will not help me one bit. Everything was fine until they added hyperwallet and made things so difficult . I just want my money that I earned using this company nothing else.

Respect pro users

There is always a hassle when I’m trying to drop projects and release my music and it puts me in a inconvenience when I’m posting and saying an estimate release time and then come bacc an my release has to be resent again, again, and again... by now I would take that this isn’t the user fault but the error in the system I’ve tried different devices and I’m on 5G so it’s not my connection- that’s an excuse... then getting help is a hassle, tried partnering relations I can’t get a reply from nobody, I love music... Trying to submit on the app, it’s reading “minimum duration can be 3 secs.... and the file was 4 min long.... it’s a hassle and I’m not feeling that the money I pay to y’all is being respected it’s like I’m being taken as a joke... not being seen as a pro user

Strict Cover Art

I don’t like the fact that they have strict cover art regulations, as an artist your cover art is apart of your creativity & they need to fix that because if your cover art doesn’t get approved then your 21 day release starts all over, it’s extremely frustrating. They lost me because of that I submitted my cover art 3 times and still won’t get approved & then when you ask them to help you understand what needs to be done so you can get approved they won’t do help, that’s why I switched over to Distro Kid, I got my cover art & release approved in no time ! Plus they have all these great benefits that help you grow as an artist so far I’m loving Distro Kid I’m kind of glad Amused messed up cause it lead me to something better, I guess everything happens for a reason huh.
