Everything was working fine until I upgraded DIBPakistan . Since then I have not been able to see my beneficiaries. I have not been able to transfer money to my beneficiaries. I contacted the costumer service and I also emailed the screen shots to them but still unresolved. I hope this review might help.
App is not updated and is crashing every time I try to make a transaction. Now you can not even add a beneficiary to the account. Transferring money just keeps on waiting and nothing happens. Please update DIBPakistan or otherwise I will switch to other bank.
Update: unable to login. It’s truly a crappy app.
I cannot operate my account the tiles isn’t visible nor i can see my balance tile. If i open any other option DIBPakistan get’s disoriented and haphazard icons. I cannot perform my online banking, please get this fixed ASAP. Thank you
After 1 am app stop working cant transfer money and we have ti wait for the morning to transfer the kr pay the bills from online
Why DIBPakistan crashes after successful login?
This is a pathetic app I am not able to pay my utility bills and very difficult to transfer payment

We can’t send money to other banks from DIBPakistan pathetic aven some time can’t ad dib other customer as this happen with me so often and today as well app needs improvement. Worse bank app I think in Pakistan.
Crashes every time , full of bugs and errors
Why the hell can’t I add a beneficiary. That’s the most basic thing to make a transaction. Shameful.
App doesn’t function. Doesn’t let me login with my credentials.
App is not user friendly , format is not easy .
I am using DIBPakistan for sometimes and i have been satisfied with the quality. But since last update it is acting up and it keeps on signing in unsuccessfully and keeps in taking my credentials in terms of face recognition and continue to do that more than ten times and then finally signs me in.
