The easy-to-use design makes it simple. If you’ve enabled multi-factor authentication for any of your Thomson Reuters software, logging in to that software will trigger the Authenticator app to notify you on your device. Simply press approve (or use Face ID / Touch ID) to complete the sign-on process, or press ignore if you’re not trying to access the software at the time. I’ve never had a problem
Don’t get me wrong there are a lot of quirks and bugs in TR software that are frustrating beyond belief. Then you contact support and they act like it’s functioning as designed. I find it amazing how much we all pay for this software but then go and rate it 1 star lol. But this... this is not one of them. I use this app 30+ times a day across 4 accounts. Works every time. If you really don’t like it just enable a 3rd party Authenticator or get one of those credit card things.

Does exactly what it should
I’m not sure why so many negative reviews. This app works great. It functions just like any other MFA app and makes signing into TR products super easy. App settings are easy to navigate. Setup/pairing could not have been more intuitive.

Working fine. Sometimes it glitches, but hopefully the new update takes care of that rare issue.
