App does not work at all. Stuck on the screen that says "Before you start you will need..." and says setting up at the bottom, but never advances any further. Tried multiple re-installs and phone reboots; nothing. I am trying to measure my ipd.

How to fix GlassesOn app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GlassesOn app on iPhone
Update GlassesOn app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GlassesOn iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GlassesOn on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GlassesOn network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GlassesOn Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GlassesOn not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GlassesOn App
1. On android, goto Settings » GlassesOn » click [Force Stop]

Update GlassesOn to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GlassesOn App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GlassesOn » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GlassesOn.

Fix GlassesOn unable to contact server/ GlassesOn internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GlassesOn » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GlassesOn » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GlassesOn
