App does not work at all. Stuck on the screen that says "Before you start you will need..." and says setting up at the bottom, but never advances any further. Tried multiple re-installs and phone reboots; nothing. I am trying to measure my ipd.

How to fix The Framery app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the The Framery app on iPhone
Update The Framery app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall The Framery iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix The Framery on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve The Framery network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix The Framery not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the The Framery App
1. On android, goto Settings » The Framery » click [Force Stop]

Update The Framery to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear The Framery App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The Framery » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The Framery.

Fix The Framery unable to contact server/ The Framery internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The Framery » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The Framery » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
