Unfortunately, I didn’t have insurance for awhile and ran out of contacts due to no prescription. Once I finally got insurance and an eye exam I tried to order contacts from this site and paid for expedited shipping that is said to be delivered within 3-4 days. After a week of waiting I contacted customer service and was told, “ Our records indicate we provided an arrival date of 3 to 4 days. Unfortunately, shipping can take up to 14 days from the day we shipped your order.” This was already frustrating, but then they denied to reimburse me for paying for the 3-4 day expedited shipping. As of today, I have been waiting on my order for 31 days and have not received it. The first order arrived in my town after over two weeks, and then was returned to the seller. Instead of a refund or sending it again, they waited for me to reach out almost a month after ordering, again. In which they responded that they would ship out a new order today. 3 days later they shipped it. Have yet to receive, and will not issue a refund of expedited shipping fee.

I’ve installed and deleted DiscountContactscom multiple times. When I login I always receive the same error that says “the application encountered a problem…”
Guess I’ll stick to the website…

All you can do is reorder but if you want to use a different payment method you are unable to.

I initially liked DiscountContactscom and found the monthly reminder to change lenses great. I also liked the reminder when to reorder more lenses. Then everything changed. Now I dint need DiscountContactscom for 6 or 12 months. Wish I had the old app back.

DiscountContactscom is terrible. not only can I not edit my quantity in a reorder but I’m not able to scroll to the bottom of the screen to click submit! And when you go to the website they charge $15 more for the same order because you don’t get DiscountContactscom discount or free shipping! Poor poor design!

DiscountContactscom doesn’t let you do anything but simply reorder the exact same order. I can’t even use this because I need to use a different credit card and DiscountContactscom doesn’t let you change anything! So I don’t get to take advantage of the discount all because I have to change my payment method and am forced to order from the site instead of DiscountContactscom !

App worked great for a while. Now my contacts lenses are about to finish and it won't let me Re-order.

App worked great for the first order and now it won’t allow me to reorder one specific prescription. App force closes every time I try to add it to my cart! DiscountContactscom needs some serious work! Very disappointed! I have uninstalled and reinstalled same problem!

I’ve been a customer for years. DiscountContactscom use o be simple to reorder - literally like four clicks. You use to get a 20% discount. That went away. So did the military discount.

The first time I used this version it locked me outta my account. No way to rest password. Called customer service and left a number for a return call. Still waiting two weeks later. Sent email the same day. Still waiting.

After 24 hours I was able to get back in my account. It’s essentially a webpage.

Since I never heard back from customer service I took my long term business to Lens Direct. Awesome customer service and prices.

DiscountContactscom is great if you only have one person on the account. But if you purchase contact lenses for multiple family members, DiscountContactscom is almost useless. It only presents the most recent prescription (across the whole family) as an option for refill. This is almost never the one you need, since the more remote ones are the prescriptions that run out first.

Absolutely one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I’ve tried to add my daughters prescription and it won’t let me time to start looking for a new place to get Contacts

Don’t understand what the point of the DiscountContactscom is when I click on something and it leads me back to the webpage log in.

Prices are incredibly competitive, ordering process is super quick and easy, and DiscountContactscom is simple and easy to navigate. My order shipped and arrived SO quickly too!

I would love the ability to add a different payment method or a new prescription into DiscountContactscom , instead of just reordering. However, what DiscountContactscom does currently do, it does INCREDIBLY well.

I have been using DiscountContactscom for a few years now to reorder my contact lenses. It is very easy to use as my prescription information is already saved. I also get a discount by ordering through DiscountContactscom versus using the website so there is an incentive to keep using it.

Got contacts ordered within 1 minute of installing DiscountContactscom. People leaving bad reviews, learn to use a phone? Extremely simple.

Could not ask for a better ordering experience through DiscountContactscom ! One or two clicks and I’m done. Prices are competitive too! I wish all online ordering was this easy!

Reorder contacts and set reminders all in a couple taps. Easy peasy!

DiscountContactscom works best for one person.. rather than a family sharing an account. It makes reorder super easy. It’s easy to upload your prescription and it’s also the cheapest I could find my daily contacts

When I need more lenses I just hit the button.
