It would be helpful if Brightree allowed you to stay logged in. With that being said, there should be at the very least a notification from Brightree when there's a new message. My coworkers and I rely on Brightree to communicate about patients, in a secure setting without having to have internet, but the last month or so, we have all stopped getting notifications. I wish that you can have a louder sound that works along with Brightree so you know that you received a message.

I do like that you can send a message to staff while also putting that message in the patients record, cuts down on charting.

We have been using this app since 2013! We appreciate how intuitive it is and it really makes it easy for staff to document compliant documentation while focusing on patient care!
