I’m a foreigner in South Korea with a Foreigner ID number (like the ones Korean citizens have) but still PASS doesn’t work for me. Keeps bringing up an error notice.

Is there any way to sign up without a Residence number? I’m not from Korea but I’m trying to sign up for a Riot account and I need to have a uplus this app account to do that.
