A terrible experience trying to sign up. It has crashed on me 7 times. I'm stuck on the 8th time with it asking my occupation- the field entry is choose industry but there is no choices/menu so I type in retail and an alert prevents me from going further with "choose industry" so frustrating -remove the field check or put in a choice menu and check app against iOS 14.4
Impossible to open an account using MYATLANTICO even though it promises you can.

3D Secure Authentication is not working
We are trying to open an account and although all our documents have been stored in MYATLANTICO we cannot move to the next stage to make a virtual appointment.
Fine when it works which is rare. Current bug - An SMS code is required to login but they acknowledge in the latest version, the SMS doesn’t work with US telephones.
Not sure if the bank or MYATLANTICO are the issue. At first it rejects valid logins for technical reasons. On a separate occasion it locked me out of my account for mistyping my password once. On a weekend. Of course cannot get back in without contacting customer service, where the phone hangs up automatically before you actually speak with anyone. The AI assistant is pointless because it just tells you to call. It’s a circular firing squad. Trying to make a transfer it asks to verify the transfer by typing two characters as a single character- HOW???? How do you type 5º as one character? In a word, a nightmare.
