  Convenient and user friendly

  The app has all the pertinent information from my itinerary that I need quick access to. The one negative is the hotel addresses are in lat/long and they don’t always bring me to the correct address when I copy those coordinates into my navigation app. The simple hotel address would be just fine. Other than that I like the app and will continue to use it.

  Very helpful

  The app provides quick reference to all by business travel plans. In many situations, the SAM app notifies me of flight changes before the airline app or agent. Also, it is helpful to have one-stop, quick resource for airfare, hotel, etc. The reminders and notifications are nice - but the overuse of emojis can be a bit distracting.

  Getting glitchy now

  I have been using this app for years since it’s automatically populated by my company travel service. Now in late 2019 I’m finding that when I open the app the page seems unresponsive. “See Itinerary” button doesn’t work. I’m using an up-to-date iPhone and updated App. Hoping bugs are fixed soon.

  My travel lifeline

  I am so busy traveling at least once a week for work that Sam saves me every time with my itins and updates. I’d feel like a blind bat now without it. Like an amazing PA who is calling you with every update, you get that with Sam.

  Very helpful app! Like your personal travel assistant

  When I am in a travel jam, Sam has been there. It was like I was texting my super knowledgeable travel friend. It is also very informative of your travel plans. Great idea for an app!

  Really helpful for HOH/Deaf

  I’m hard of hearing and Sam app has been so helpful with Flight statuses. I love how this apps notifies you with any changes to your flights. So accurate and on point. A must have if you can’t hear well in airports.
