How to fix Sam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sam app on iPhone
Update Sam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sam Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sam App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sam » click [Force Stop]

Update Sam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sam.

Fix Sam unable to contact server/ Sam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sam
