The App doesn't work!

I try to download it many times; problems reported directly on the App Store didn't let me to download it in the beginning.
When I finally was able to download it many days after my first attempt, the App is not working.
I tried to open it and it looks like it will open but then it crashed and it closes again.
I can't open it, so, it is not working at all.
