Set it up. Works for seconds only to give me disconnect message.

When I get on the app, the app's setting descriptions and the device's setting descriptions are not showing up. The toggle switches are there but I have no idea what they enable/disable. Restarting the app does nothing to fix the issue! PLZ HELP!
