- Location must be switched from “allow only using app” to “always allow”

When I get on the app, the app's setting descriptions and the device's setting descriptions are not showing up. The toggle switches are there but I have no idea what they enable/disable. Restarting the app does nothing to fix the issue! PLZ HELP!

How to fix Tag-It app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tag-It app on iPhone
Update Tag-It app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tag-It iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tag-It on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tag-It network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tag-It Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tag-It not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tag-It App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tag-It » click [Force Stop]

Update Tag-It to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tag-It App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tag-It » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tag-It.

Fix Tag-It unable to contact server/ Tag-It internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tag-It » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tag-It » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tag-It
