Blurred image cannot see inside my ear I have cleaned lens of scope.

My vacuum won't work anymore I try to turn it on but it shows the battery being dead. So, I go to charge it but it turns green/yellow right away. What's going on?

It won’t switch on. I go to charge it and the indicator is green with a hint of red. I’ve reinstalled the app, and I’ve tried numerous other charging cables and still won’t work!

every time I try to use my device when I try to connect to your program it tells me Timesiso has no internet connection. Any ideas to help?

Image not clear, like yellow blurred , lens or light is clean, no reisdue at all, was working the day before and stored on the charger so impossible to use.

Hi It does not let me even let me stay on when I use it. Turn off when I hit mode on my black head remove device. I tried rebooting my phone and discounting wifi. Nothing work. I just got it.

I have timesiso on my Samsung phone and iPhone and I just got a new pore vacuum. Same one as my last one but now the app is freezing so bad. I can't even get the vacuum to my skin without it freezing. Is there a different app I can use with the vacuum? Or can you help me solve the issue?
