Image not clear, like yellow blurred , lens or light is clean, no reisdue at all, was working the day before and stored on the charger so impossible to use.

Hi It does not let me even let me stay on when I use it. Turn off when I hit mode on my black head remove device. I tried rebooting my phone and discounting wifi. Nothing work. I just got it.

I have timesiso on my Samsung phone and iPhone and I just got a new pore vacuum. Same one as my last one but now the app is freezing so bad. I can't even get the vacuum to my skin without it freezing. Is there a different app I can use with the vacuum? Or can you help me solve the issue?
