I have a problem with FOXpress

User reports:
No current problems

- Cannot start rental using the app as it does not allow scanning of credit card information

- Cannot find reservations booked through other travel apps

- App is only available for LAX and San Jose locations

- App is not user-friendly and lacks helpful instructions

- App requires a lot of personal information to view reservation details

- App has unresponsive fields in the credit card section

- App cannot find reservations even after personal information is entered

To resolve FOXpress network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the FOXpress App
1. On android, goto Settings » FOXpress » click [Force Stop]

Clear FOXpress App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FOXpress » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FOXpress.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FOXpress » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FOXpress » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FOXpress
