I ordered my Fox Rental car online in December 2020. I went to pick up my rental car in Miami in April 2021. When I arrived at Fox rental car (about 6 miles from the airport), there was a long line. Everyone was complaining about not getting the car they requested and being charged additional money. While in line, I went to the website and it said to call to cancel. I called and was on hold for almost an hour. I decided to go to another car rental place to get a car. I have never been able to communicate (online, email, phone) with anyone at Fox about a refund. I was charged for something I never used. Save yourself the aggravation and go with another company!

Doesn’t allow you to ‘find’ a reservation booked via another travel app, only directly through Fox so really doesn’t help much. Also credit card scan never worked (trying 4 different cards with various lighting and background conditions). Manually entering card freezes on name, once name entered and applied can’t proceed to any other field. Given app is useless and line at car pickup at LAX is literally over 100 people long (I counted as I’m standing here) I will NOT be renting from Fox again. It was only $2 a day cheaper than the stand right next to us that had 3 people in line. Sooooo not worth it!

I just got off the phone with customer service for Fox rental car, he insisted it clearly states it’s only for LAX and San Jose. No, it does not. It doesn’t say anything about it. But this app is only for those two cities. Why? I have no idea. I will tell you that the Fox rental are the rudest people in the rental car industry. He also insisted there are two separate apps, one for Fox rental and one for Foxpress. Again, he is wrong, no there are not. He just kept repeating the same thing over and over and over again. Meanwhile, I’m looking at the app as we spoke. Completely pathetic
