Having problems with logging into my account. Tried to reset my password and it won't let me get passed security questions. Says my information is not found in your system. I went to jail today not knowing my license were suspended because I got a letter in the mail saying that I could loose my license if not paid by 8/16/2023. Now I need this matter resolved before I get something else from not knowing anything about this situation. Thank you Jody Powell

After typing in my credentials, the app gets stuck “spinning”, and never connects. This has been going on for at a least a week.

It says my credentials aren't correct. Won't accept my SS number or name anymore. It worked fine for a couple months and now it won't let me log on at all.
