I have been trying to reset my account because I have some important information that I need to get off of here and every time I reset my password I have to reset my security questions and whenever I go and hit save it doesn’t do anything! I go through the whole process of deleting GADCSS and starting over with changing my password but as soon as I get through all of that and have to reset the security questions then I’m stuck on that same page because GADCSS won’t work right! Someone needs to fix this because this is the only way that I can keep up with all of my information since the local office won’t open back up because of COVID. If it wasn’t for COVID I wouldn’t need GADCSS but now I’m stuck with it until the local office decides to open up to the local office. If you’re going to make an app for people to use then make sure it actually works like it’s suppose to!

Doesn’t matter how many times I upload documents some get rejected. Am having financial problems and am doing the best I can. Spoke with Jim Bivins who Was the child Attorney he stated the case is closed. Also spoke with Harley Rogers she stated and has reached out to Mike Carter for food and to pay her phone bill. I stated and Mike Carter stated Harley needs to get with OLD caseworker at Colquitt Family Children To find out Who is getting That TANF check that is Suppose to provide For Harley Rogers. Why is her Father not Paying any thing and Why am I being hounded about a child I have only had contact with twice. I don’t have custody however I have rights. It’s better just to I give my rights away of her. Harley is old enough to be helping me am having a lot of medical bills and am barely getting by. So who is getting TANF. Someone is and it should be investigated so That person has to pay and proper procedures get that person in trouble.

There is no advantage of using GADCSS versus going to the website. It has no memory of anything you’ve ever entered in, so you have to enter in everything as if you’re going in for the first time. It doesn’t link to anything convenient like facial recognition, etc, and doesn’t even remember the credit card you put in from the previous day. This is literally the most dysfunctional app on my entire phone.

GADCSS is still the worst one on my phone, but the lame, robotic response 6 months later proves my point that nobody cares. If this was an actual company vs the government funded garbage they force people to use to access the system, they would be out of business and the amateur level so-called developers would be out of work, and back to mowing lawns and cleaning houses.

I was up to date on my child support but when I got hurt at work I started having to pay manually since I wasn’t getting paid my regular weekly checks from work. When I did that I ended up being in arrears hundreds of dollars. So I called to talk to a representative and nobody could explain how the mistake got made. They told me they saw where I had been making all my payments correctly and that I was in arrears a different amount than what was shown on GADCSS . They also couldn’t help me figure it out and said all they could do was sent me a statement of all my payments which also shown that I was up to date. But as of yet GADCSS has not corrected the mistake. Typical child support, nobody cares about helping the fathers smh.

When I request a meeting to give info on noncustodial parent all I get is a email saying I have to wait longer when I’m trying to give y’all the information you’re looking for
And then y’all send me a email looking for her I have to send y’all her location
I’ve been trying to get in contact with y’all for 6 months and still haven’t spoken to anyone if the role was reversed I’d be under the jail
She’s made one payment and it’s been over a year since said payment until today and I get a notification she’s paid $90
This is unexceptionable

GADCSS is an excellent way for customers of the Georgia Department of Human Services Division of Child Support Services to obtain information and take actions related to their child support case. It is an easy way for customers to interact with the agency and avoid having to travel to the agency’s office locations or use the telephone call center.I am looking forward to seeing what future enhancements will come!

Very easy to navigate once you have your case number! Check your case activity to see everything going on with your case in real
Time. Also can schedule phone appointments directly from app. I haven’t had any issues utilizing GADCSS so far.

When I downloaded on my other phone which is the same as the new one I didn’t have a problem but now it can’t connect to the server. I understand it’s a ga app and when it comes to helping people ga is the absolute worst but the least you all could do is provide updates to improve the quality of GADCSS .

I love GADCSS cause it keeps me up to date with all my stuff. Let’s me know that I’m behind and if anything else that’s important I’m able to see also. I love how it shows me when I get a deposit and how much I get so I don’t have to call my card all the time.

GADCSS won’t stay open long enough to even sign in . I deleted it and downloaded it again , turned my phone on and off it will not open or work

GADCSS has potential but is not very user friendly to navigate. Georgia is lacking on reporting of late payments, updating information, and upkeep of persons involved with CSS. It would benefit every parent that receives CS to have better communication with their assigned offices rather than writing an email to never get answered or having to wait hours on the phone to get someone on the other end.

I’ve had GADCSS for almost 2 years now and 80% of the time it cannot connect to server and asks me to reload. Even after reloading, it doesn’t work. I just tried to delete it and download it again.... let’s see if this fixes the issue 🙄
I used to love getting notifications about child support disbursing to my account, but it doesn’t ever work now!!

I truly appreciate GADCSS because it breaks down everything in it’s simplicity form. Very informative and let’s you the exact date and the amount pending a deposit!!

I think GADCSS does not answer questions you can only look at what’s already there when calling same thing there is no contact from your worker and customer service has no clue but what’s already happening I think it’s poor service doesn’t help

Very glad to have a convenient app to check on status of case and keep track on the go.

Since I have two out of state cases I feel like this has been a very unsuccessful web sight it take ga the longest to put a support order in place then they want u to give them all the information but it’s their jobs I feel this web sight will be more helpful if all the states could reply to the question cause ga don’t care about getting these kids child support payment

Time and time again GADCSS has made us late. Even when we have money in our account GADCSS will not take the payment in full. Because of this we are now being threatened with law enforcement actions to be placed against us. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also when looking at case activity GADCSS breaks up the memo and it is rearranged in a way you have to puzzle it together. GADCSS is absolutely awful.

App keeps showing my account is closed. I was told to delete and download again still not working correctly!!!!!!!!!!!

Love GADCSS your able to do everything on GADCSS itself from uploading documents, photos, communication, and etc !

So sometimes I can log into it no problem and then 75% of the time it won’t let me says problem has occurred and to try again later, wait a whole day and try it again same results. App is so much easier than being stuck on hold on the phone but not if GADCSS doesn’t work

GADCSS refers to us as customers. I don’t think anybody wants to be a customer of child support these people make money off of low income parents not only do they take money from the parent but they include taxes and feesTo make money for themselves when will this be over

GADCSS does not provide the information about case activity like the full website does. GADCSS does nothing for me. I still have to logon to the full web in order to see anything I’m requesting. Need to update app to view information about child support

GADCSS used to work now it crashes or won’t let me sign in. I have to login on the website to look up information. Please fix this it’s annoying. Thinking about deleting it honestly.

I have downloaded GADCSS several times and it never works Always says not able to access database. Either the errors should be corrected or GADCSS taking down it is not doing any good if it don’t work

I’ve tried installing and uninstalling, I’ve called, I’ve emailed, no help. All I want to do is update my direct deposit information. This has been going on for months.

GADCSS worked for awhile and now I can’t login at all. It is much easier to get online and access my account that way. I shouldn’t have to change my passwords every time I try and login.

I’ve tried for the last couple of weeks to log in to GADCSS , but it won’t work. I have to login through the webpage which is very frustrating!

I have been trying to update even tried a different way and it’s not working either way...

It freezes up a lot, & not up to date your case information!!!!!!

Everytime I open GADCSS it closes by it self..I don't even get a chance to log in.
