I have subscribed to Night Sky for well over 5 years and love it. I now have version 12 and I believe it is/was part I. Recently I received an email from Night Sky (I hope it was truly you) to upgrade further. I did and now when I open the Night Sky X.app. the app opens but another window is superimposed over the regular app. I tells me how great the latest and greatest version is---great!!! However, I can't get the new announcement window to close so I can use the Night Sky app. I have tried closing and reopening the app--still a problem. I have turned off my computer and restarted it--problem persists. I did have to use "Force Quit" each time to close the app. I am using a Macbook Pro with mac OS Monterey 12.7.1. Please help solve this problem. Have used and loved this app for years. Thank you. Steve
I’m not able to set the app to my own location…it only uses “Gaskill” as the location
Paid for premium and it is not working. Just a black screen with two icons in upper right corner that do nothing when I touch them.
Background music in the free app seems working, but there’s no sound at all. Checked everything in my iPad Pro, but I’m still having this issue. Do I need to upgrade? Thanks!

Black screen after starting app. Have deleted and reinstalled app but black screen while app is selected continues.
The iPhone becomes very hot, the app sometimes crash, and live view works only horizontally
I have two problems: First, I can’t get the search screen to entirely disappear from the bottom of the screen. Secondly, I can’t get the main menu to come up. I don’t see a main menu button in the right lower corner of the app. Please advise. Thanks
