Update Vertigo Music app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vertigo Music iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vertigo Music on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vertigo Music network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Vertigo Music not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Vertigo Music App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vertigo Music » click [Force Stop]

Update Vertigo Music to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vertigo Music App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vertigo Music » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vertigo Music.

Fix Vertigo Music unable to contact server/ Vertigo Music internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vertigo Music » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vertigo Music » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
