PNC SmartAccess Visa Mobile App is not working, in fact, it has NOT worked for several months. How and when can this be addressed? When I attempt to Log On the mobile app I get " There is a problem and try later." Well as stated, I've been trying later for months and nothing has been done about this, and I'm sure you've gotten PLENTY of complaints about it. Do you not care about your consumers concerns or is it more important for you to collect the monthly fees from us with no regard to customer satisfaction? Please fix this issue. Thank you.
Can’t access smart access. Say's there is a problem and try later. It’s been saying this for a week. Also can’t make a deposit at atm. Something is way off
