How to fix iSolvedGo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iSolvedGo app on iPhone
Update iSolvedGo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iSolvedGo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iSolvedGo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iSolvedGo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iSolvedGo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iSolvedGo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iSolvedGo App
1. On android, goto Settings » iSolvedGo » click [Force Stop]

Update iSolvedGo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iSolvedGo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iSolvedGo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iSolvedGo.

Fix iSolvedGo unable to contact server/ iSolvedGo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iSolvedGo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iSolvedGo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
