I was not able to send or received text or phone calls. So I deleted the app and tried to reload it. But I can't install it on my android. Is the company having problems? Cuz other than that my phone seems to be fine.

How to fix Sideline app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sideline app on iPhone
Update Sideline app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sideline iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sideline on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sideline network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sideline Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sideline not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sideline App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sideline » click [Force Stop]

Update Sideline to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sideline App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sideline » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sideline.

Fix Sideline unable to contact server/ Sideline internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sideline » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sideline » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sideline
