I don’t understand

I hate going into this app. Before when I first started I had a hard time logging in. Then my manager manages to sign me in, have no clue as to what he did. It was good before, when I can request time off. After I finally got a new phone from t-mobile (sprint and t-mobile merge), it cannot log me in anymore; invalid log in credentials, whatever this mean. This app kind of makes it hard for new employees to do.
Schedule doesn’t work for employees

We recently added the feature for employees to use the app to clock in and out. This feature didn’t work at first but is now working for us.
As far as the Employee Schedule, this doesn’t work at all for any of our employees. Unfortunately this is necessary for our operations. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, we will be forced to use a different payroll company all together and stay away from any company that uses ISolved.

As soon as I click on the app, it says invalid login credentials but I haven’t even typed in my password and login. It doesn’t allow me to download my paystub. It buffers for a bit and then it shows an error message saying “timed out rendering report, please try again” so it didn’t download my paystub. I’m not able to view my schedule nor my punch log and it’s frustrating not being to see that.
