App has gone to trash. Was working ok with a few bugs like telling you you missed a punch when actually I just worked over night from one date to the next. Shouldn’t tell me I missed a punch until perhaps 24 hour period from when I punched in, not everyone works 8-5. Also now for about 1 month now I can’t even use it and it’s everyone at our business. If your lucky and iSolvedGo opens long enough to log in it will just close out as soon as you log in. I’m sure this goes beyond just iSolvedGo as well because logging in on the computers has been a chore. 10 office computers in building and only 1 will let you log in everytime without having to reset your password. Otherwise it tells you login credentials are invalid and it’s not just me it’s 15 others. Contacted iSolved directly and first was told no one else is having issues maybe uninstall and reinstall. Nope that didn’t work. Then was told oh yea there is a lot of people having the issue. Needless to say it’s still not fixed.

iSolvedGo is borderline useless, the website is not mobile friendly or user friendly. Sega genesis in the 90’s is still more powerful technology than ISolved currently uses, iSolvedGo and site designer must still be in grade school, because there could be no other reason that app and website function so poorly. The company I work for uses this payroll platform and it by far the absolute worst and only thing I do not like about my job!! I can only assume Isolved still uses an old apple 2 computer with a land line dial up internet provider to run their company online, it’s the only thing that makes sense. If you are thinking about using this company to do you payroll, DON’T, anything else would be better!

Oh boy. Where do I start with this mess. Upon opening iSolvedGo it says “No items found for this request”. The UI is finicky and iSolvedGo is an absolute eye sore. It looks like one of those free web pages you could make where you copy and paste HTML into areas with a description. Also, it has this dope feature where the clock in/clock out button is right at the bottom, so if you are trying to swipe up to close iSolvedGo but don’t quite swipe hard enough it’ll clock you in/out. It’s so much fun having to frequently figure out what my real punches are because I opened iSolvedGo. I would not use iSolvedGo, but my employer is cheap and so here I am with this piece of garbage. Do us a solid and hire a professional to fix this disaster. Thanks.

Would give zero stars if possible I called the location in my city because I couldn’t log in, which let me mention that any and every time I need to log in I have to have them reset my information, which is a multi hour process..... Horrible tech design, I’m not very educated in app and web technology but obviously neither are the people who designed this. The rude receptionist informed me that there are 3 million users and that they could not help me. So I have to get my employer to call up there and get the number that they should have just given me in the first place. I will recommend that we switch payroll companies and I would never recommend this company to anyone who appreciates customer service and convenience.

I always seem to have a problem viewing my my information on the website. There is a pop up that I cannot exit out of, and it doesn’t even let me click on half of the options (time,etc.)
So I decided to get iSolvedGo , I was super stoked when I realized they had one because I thought it would make my experience easier but boy was I wrong.
iSolvedGo told me I had entered the wrong login credentials every time I tried. Assuming this was my own error, I tried multiple methods to ensure I logged in the correct way. (Slow typing, copy/paste, looking hard). I was entering the same information, and what wasn’t logging me into iSolvedGo was getting me into the website. This is clearly an application flaw.

If the primary usage is knowing what is your paycheck amount or submitting vacation time for approval, it works well and satisfies majority of the employees! Making changes to deductions in its current state has not worked. Again, most employees are happy with it but hope future iterations address making changes to your information (besides changing address)

Only issue I’ve noticed is that the punch button status always states “OUT” even when you are currently punched in. I’ve made a habit of checking my status in another area but this does cause a bit of extra work. Not the end of the world and still a great option to have.

iSolvedGo is great when you work with a payroll provider that supports your company well. We work with Payroll Network in the Washington DC area and they are great. Any features we need enabled or changed on iSolvedGo they take care of right away. We never have login issues with our employees (make sure you have your provider setup properly in settings before login in).

I started out very well and had iSolvedGo downloaded from my cell ,,, all of a sudden it’s saying I can’t get into my ISOLVE to clock in or clock out from my work & it was working well before all of this ,,& nothing has changed & everytime I go to go into app it’s saying my company Dosn’t allow from cell ,,, it’s very unpredictable .

Terrible app and overall system, oversimplification to the point where it is ineffective. Have been having problems with the forgot password options (not available on mobile app).
When I go to the official web page, my reset password security question has a glitch and shows up as a random configuration of numbers. Obviously, I have had no way to be able to log into account for months now. I am not provided with any other options to solve this.

Overall, it seems like it should be a good app h....it has all that is needed But it can be very slow, especially when logging in a and anytime you have to save. Also, you can’t use dark mode in iPhone display settings as you can’t see options in menus (i.e. leave/absence codes to select when trying to take time off cant be seen in dark mode).

iSolvedGo worked great to check my time, verify, check personal time etc until I changed my password. Once I changed it through iSolvedGo , I can no longer log back in. There is a pop up that keeps appearing saying invalid login credentials. I can log in just fine through the website but iSolvedGo is not letting me. Please fix and this will change to a 5 star! I loved iSolvedGo until I changed my password….

I haven’t even been using iSolvedGo for a year through my employer. It’s unfortunate that our hands are tied to using this system because it seems to have more issues than not. Since coming back from Holiday break on January 4th, iSolvedGo hasn’t worked at all. It’s useless and I wish the developers for the website that are taking the time to make that all pretty and pink, would take time to make their stuff just work.

iSolvedGo used to have terrible lag and sync issues which have gotten a ton better in recent updates!
It’s finally usable and fairly dependable!

I use iSolvedGo for work and there’s a lot of pop ups that are unnecessary. After I login it, it says “no items found for this request”. I then have to wait for that pop up to go away before I can clock in or navigate iSolvedGo . I’ve had issues with iSolvedGo since day 1, unfortunately I HAVE to use it for work. Otherwise I’d suggest another app. Stay clear...

I hate going into iSolvedGo. Before when I first started I had a hard time logging in. Then my manager manages to sign me in, have no clue as to what he did. It was good before, when I can request time off. After I finally got a new phone from t-mobile (sprint and t-mobile merge), it cannot log me in anymore; invalid log in credentials, whatever this mean. iSolvedGo kind of makes it hard for new employees to do.

We recently added the feature for employees to use iSolvedGo to clock in and out. This feature didn’t work at first but is now working for us.

As far as the Employee Schedule, this doesn’t work at all for any of our employees. Unfortunately this is necessary for our operations. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, we will be forced to use a different payroll company all together and stay away from any company that uses ISolved.

As soon as I click on iSolvedGo , it says invalid login credentials but I haven’t even typed in my password and login. It doesn’t allow me to download my paystub. It buffers for a bit and then it shows an error message saying “timed out rendering report, please try again” so it didn’t download my paystub. I’m not able to view my schedule nor my punch log and it’s frustrating not being to see that.

We use mostly basic features to clock in and out and manage time on the road. Works perfectly for our purposes.

The worst. Every time I login it tells me my password is invalid, when it is not. If I reset my password and miraculously do get into iSolvedGo there is a huge white box covering all of the information so I can’t see anything. I literally want to throw my phone across the room out of frustration. No idea how iSolvedGo has an average of 4 stars. The website isn’t any better. Avoid this payroll company like the plague.

All in all it works. And it's still a fairly new app. So it's going to have some issues. But I have guys that can't put their claimed tips in and clock out at the end of the day. It's one or the other and then adjustments need to be mad. Also for some reason iSolvedGo does not account for the fact that Arizona doesn't do daylight savings. So all of my guys clock ins and clock outs are off by an hour. Please someone look into this and fix it.

I am excited to see iSolved launching iSolvedGo , fixing it and making it cleaner, but I’m hoping more work is to come. Incredible payroll software, but waiting for it to become an incredible human resource and culture software as well.

Worst App ever. Have to use it for my employment. Does not record time punches, is SUPER unreliable, takes way too long to load which makes actual punches inaccurate, and crashes. Our entire company has issues. Beings that we work out of office this is extremely inconvenient. I wouldn’t recommend iSolvedGo to anyone one. It is completely useless. Been using it for almost a year and no issues have been fixed. Causes nothing but problems.

Actually iSolvedGo surprised me with all the clarity on what some see as simple, but let’s just say it accounts EVERY SECOND you work so with iSolvedGo the user like myself should only feel satisfied...iSolved solved my problems 😲🤣🤭💯👍🏿

Pretty new app that works just fine to have your paycheck info at your fingertips at all times. Good to have when filling in forms. All your information is right there.

This is a great app sometimes but could always use little work, but it’s my go to app when I want to see what I have made and how much my check going be

This is all new to me... Direct Deposit. I actually have nothing to compare iSolvedGo to. I always start by giving s high score because I haven’t had any issues.

Decent app makes tracking my hours at work manageable. I'd recommend it to others it's user friendly once you figure out that you need a phrase from your company.

The most recent update (13.5) has made iSolvedGo completely useless on iOS 13. The punch menu is all black when in dark mode so anything but a quick punch is a nightmare unless you switch to light mode.
Regardless of which theme I use the last punch is always shown as "out" which ended up causing quite a few issues.
