Not everyone has COVID. I have had a cough for over a month no other symptoms. No fever, I can still have taste. No trouble breathing. Every year I get sick I end up needing anti-biotics. These doctors refuse. Which is fine they can do what they want but do not dismiss me like I don’t have a say. The doctor that helped me was arrogant and what they want is not to help you on the first visit they want you to keep coming back so you have to pay each time. They are con artist and please stay away. They will scam you too. Be aware. Especially Martha Vega. Would not listen at all.

I don't think I will be going back to visiting a doctors office unless I really have to. So far the two doctors that I have had the pleasure to be treated by have been extremely nice and very knowledgeable.
I called because of a cold that I was trying to ignore it but things got bad so I finally decided to do something about it. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic and a couple of things over the counter and it has made a significant difference. I probably have a couple more days to go with the treatment but this is all due to my delay in taking care of this cold. Overall an A +++ experience

My experience with BaptistHealthCareOnDemand has been wonderful. You speak to an available physician of your choice instantly. They ask you some questions to gain a better perspective of your symptoms and before you know it, it’s been 5 minutes and the physician is sending your prescription over to your pharmacy of choice. No calling for appts driving, waiting, or paying! Genius.

The best service !!! I love this service that Baptist provide for patients , I’m a new cancer patient and sometimes is hard when you are getting new side effects and just knowing I have this service that I can count on , definitely makes me feel secured .

BaptistHealthCareOnDemand and service is Excellent. I recommend it highly instead of waiting at an urgent care while you feel terrible. I got to see the Doctor quickly on video chat while from the comfort and safety of home. Its Convenient as I get meds directly sent to my pharmacy and can start treatment right away before I get worse symptoms. Plus I’m not out spreading the flu at the urgent care and pharmacy while I wait. Plus I’m not out driving around several places while I’m impaired feeling sick. And I don’t need to inconvenience my family. Wow this is truly the best app!

It is amazing!!!! Just when I finish uploading my pictures and finishing up my login in less than a minute a Dr. appeared and helped me!!! He sent the prescription to the closest pharmacy (which he app found by allowing my location) and just like that I feel better!! Keep doing this great job!!!!

I thought it would go away on its own. dr. Whyte made me feel at ease. She addressed all my concerns. I felt comfortable with her and was able to share all my issues. She dealt with them all. I will follow up with her in 2 weeks. This was a frat experience and worth the wait, she had other patients and I knew I didn’t want to see anyone else.

I have been very sick and concerned about my symptoms. I didn’t know where to go and didn’t have the money to see a Dr in cash. So this was great because I could use my insurance card and or pay with a card. Better yet it seems that it will be free, and that is even better. The Doctor was very attentive and made me feel at ease. I felt taken care off and I am more comfortable now

I am very happy to be able to contact my primary doctor Elise . She is an incredible professional and I am very grateful to have the opportunity to see her by phone today .
I am in pain for a long time already so I had been looking to find anyway to contact Her . I don’t know what it is going on with my arm , where I have a constant pain , medication doesn’t help me .

Wow, didn’t even have to leave my bed. I feel so ill and the doctor helped me within 15 minutes of calling. Asked all the right questions and made me feel so comfortable. David Lipkin was amazing and so experienced. I’ll be picking up my prescription in the next hour or so. Highly recommend BaptistHealthCareOnDemand and Doctor David Lipkin with my flu/bronchitis symptoms. Will definitely be using this again.

Today was my first virtual visit. Everything was straight forward and to the point preliminary questions and speaking with the doc for a few minutes allowed him to make a diagnosis. Very convenient especially when your not feeling well enough to get out of the house and drive. Will be using this service again.

This was my first visit and I am simply blown away by the amazing doctor that treated me. His bedside manner, his concern and his overall medical knowledge made me feel that I was being treated by a very qualified doctor. I entered this visit extremely upset and distraught and came out of it confident that he had taken care of me. Thank you Dr. Hernandez, you rock… and that’s coming from a 66-year-old hippie!

I had a concern that in the past would’ve necessitated me visiting the emergency room even though it was not an actual emergency. Because I heard that Baptist Health South Florida created Care-On-Demand I knew I could trust it. I just used BaptistHealthCareOnDemand and spoke with Dr. David Brock who was amazing and allayed any fears or concerns that I had about my condition. Dr. Brock also gave me very good advice on how to mitigate my current symptoms and how I should follow up with Baptist if those symptoms don’t subside.

We hear a lot about the companies that have been mistreating their customers/employees during the Covid-19 crisis. I think it is important to acknowledge the companies that have been doing a good job as well. This company has gone out of their way to provide exceptional service during the crisis. They have even changed some policies to make it easier to get medical help if you’re experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. Thank you for doing the right thing, even when it’s not convenient to do so!

Baptist has always been my favorite when choosing a service or when my health or my family health needs the care of a specialist. There you saved my son's life 10 years ago, my husband has had a surgery, and I have had most of my test. I have always had the best service and the best professionals. Today in this crisis, I have used this service that you give to the entire population and also for free. As always, you serving the community. Thank you so much, and take care of yourself too.

So I have to start off by confessing that I am not an early adopter by any means and I have historically been a little slow to adapt to change. That being said, this change is life-altering! It is the future of medicine, without a doubt. The physicians I have seen for both myself and my children have been courteous, kind, and have all taken the time to really diagnose our issues. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the convenience! It sure beats dragging our 4 kids to the doctor’s office and waiting there! Incredible idea!

I work in the restaurant industry as a bartender. Covid, colds etc spread like wildfire. I do not have health insurance and I find myself going to the doctor/urgent care more often than not these days. Which between the pain of making an appointment online and even after the fact still waiting in a waiting room for hours! After doing some research I found care on demand! Dr Vega did her job and it was everything I could’ve asked for. I will be using this service from now on! Very satisfied!!!

I’ve use BaptistHealthCareOnDemand a few times already with myself and kids. Great app to have on your phone especially when it’s late at night and you cannot go to a doctors office. Makes it so much easier especially when life is so busy and you don’t have to actually drive to a facility and wait in the waiting room. Another great thing is that the doctor calls in the prescription directly to your pharmacy for you. Instead of going out on urgent care I just use BaptistHealthCareOnDemand instead which saves me a lot of time. Very pleased

I had a customer service call today with Nicole and she was very understanding and went the extra mile to meet my needs and answered all my questions. Later I had my very First online doctors visit and it was amazing. Amy provided me very informative information and was able to assist me with all my questions and concerns. My husband went to urgent care yesterday and tested positive for Flu A. Today is throat is killing him. Since my son tested positive today for Strep, I told my husband to go back to urgent care to check for strep. He didn’t want to go and I remembered this Care On Demand. The best thing ever. Dr Martha Gomez was super nice, friendly and just pleasant all around. The wait was less than 5 minutes. We will definitely remember to do this instead of going to urgent care if possible!

This has become my go to care for my kids when they have a minor illness. By the time I get out of work my pediatrician is closed and I don’t feel like getting out of my house and getting in my car to go to an urgent care. My son had an earache and his visit including a prescription was resolved in 15 minutes.

My experience on BaptistHealthCareOnDemand has Been amazing . I don’t get breaks at work and I’ll step out for 10 mins , my dr was very quick and to the point . I had moments where I don’t want to miss work or anything and these amazing dr helped me so quickly . My dr office has me in the his office for three hours and that’s just to be seen . BaptistHealthCareOnDemand is truly a life saver. Thank you creator

It’s often hard to schedule doctors appointments especially for small things. I was able to make this call well waiting in the line to pick up my son from school. The doctor was able to call in a prescription for me. I was impressed with how convenient quick and easy the whole process was.

Liked my first time using this. Dr visit began within minutes. Was thorough and personable. An excellent alternative for treating minor symptoms and conditions. My only complaint is that the charge should be covered by my insurance. $59 doesn’t break my bank but seems unnecessary when I have Medicare plus a supplemental policy.
