2 years agoUsed the Care On Demand app tonight, what a let down. The doctor with whom I chatted blatantly said if I would of had a problem I.e fever or cough he would have been able to treat. Did he not read the information I uploaded and saw the picture?? He immediately said couldn’t do anything, he sent me to Emergency. Emergency full of Covid that is why I used the App…so, there went my $59

Won’t listen
Not everyone has COVID. I have had a cough for over a month no other symptoms. No fever, I can still have taste. No trouble breathing. Every year I get sick I end up needing anti-biotics. These doctors refuse. Which is fine they can do what they want but do not dismiss me like I don’t have a say. The doctor that helped me was arrogant and what they want is not to help you on the first visit they want you to keep coming back so you have to pay each time. They are con artist and please stay away. They will scam you too. Be aware. Especially Martha Vega. Would not listen at all.

Superb treatment from the comfort of my home
I don't think I will be going back to visiting a doctors office unless I really have to. So far the two doctors that I have had the pleasure to be treated by have been extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I called because of a cold that I was trying to ignore it but things got bad so I finally decided to do something about it. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic and a couple of things over the counter and it has made a significant difference. I probably have a couple more days to go with the treatment but this is all due to my delay in taking care of this cold. Overall an A +++ experience

Today’s visit
This app and service is Excellent. I recommend it highly instead of waiting at an urgent care while you feel terrible. I got to see the Doctor quickly on video chat while from the comfort and safety of home. Its Convenient as I get meds directly sent to my pharmacy and can start treatment right away before I get worse symptoms. Plus I’m not out spreading the flu at the urgent care and pharmacy while I wait. Plus I’m not out driving around several places while I’m impaired feeling sick. And I don’t need to inconvenience my family. Wow this is truly the best app! Thank you
