Hello, I used my drone once and the app keeps crashing now when I try to fly it again. I tried disconnecting from the drone so I could see the video I took on the original flight, but the app won’t even stay open long enough to load anything. I have an iPhone 13 Pro. Please help.

How to fix Breeze Cam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Breeze Cam app on iPhone
Update Breeze Cam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Breeze Cam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Breeze Cam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Breeze Cam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Breeze Cam Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Breeze Cam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Breeze Cam App
1. On android, goto Settings » Breeze Cam » click [Force Stop]

Update Breeze Cam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Breeze Cam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Breeze Cam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Breeze Cam.

Fix Breeze Cam unable to contact server/ Breeze Cam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Breeze Cam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Breeze Cam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Breeze Cam
