So, my wife bought me this drone for Christmas. I flew it twice and put it away for a few months. When I broke it out again, one of the batteries won’t charge. It had only been charged twice since its initial unpacking. I called customer service yesterday and the hold time was 87 minutes. I waited on hold until the recording said hold time would be 11 minutes. Then the hold time went to 79 minutes. Not acceptable. I hung up and called again choosing a different department. Eventually somebody answered and said basically I would need to buy a new battery because the messed up battery was indeed messed up. I said that it was only charged twice, she told me again that I could buy a $60 battery for a $180 drone. Guess I’ll use only one battery and not give these folks any more of my money.

I got the breeze as my first drone and was the one that did not break the bank and had nice features.
I have flown it a few times, and takes good pictures and videos... 2 days ago I tried to use the feature I bought it for; live streaming, tried facebook and got the “Application is in development mode” error, so FB does not work, then tried You Tube live... I went to the whole enrollment process and when finally completed I try to stream, and BreezeCam spins on the starting streaming phase... and never streams... BreezeCam hasn’t been updated in a couple years so I’m assuming some protocols have changed... Pleeeeeeease fix BreezeCam !!!!! And keep updating it!!!!

Camera on the breeze is great. My biggest problem is the WiFi loses connections a lot. Sometimes at 40-50 feet. It also doesn’t warn you when signal is going. I fear the drone coming down on a car. That being said I am just very careful with it and didn’t expect great range for a WiFi drone. The controller is helpful but like many others I wish it controlled camera pitch as it’s supposed to. I have a lot of fun with this drone and will be upgrading to the Typhoon H to get the shots I want.

This is what happens when a manufacturer doesn’t update their essential app, required to operate their drone. The drone is useless now that BreezeCam doesn’t work anymore. Since they haven’t updated their app for three years, it’s not surprising it eventually stopped functioning.

It needs to be updated. It doesn’t work with the latest versions of iOS either in iPhone or iPad. It’s broken. It just crashes. Lots of other drone owners are reporting the same issue.

And because it doesn’t work, it renders the drone that goes with it completely useless.

I purchased my drone a little over a month ago and BreezeCam crashes within 10 seconds of opening it. Seeing as the drone can only be operated with BreezeCam , I can’t use it. I’m a little bummed, especially as the boxing information asks you to contact Yuneec Customer Service instead of returning to the retailer. They aren’t answering, so as of now I’ve had no luck in getting my drone up and running. Hoping I didn’t just waste money in this investment.

This was an incredible drone. I broke my first one and got another. Just like everyone else is saying, BreezeCam crashes on every device I’ve tried. Since there are reviews about this from a year ago, I am not feeling very confident that an update will happen. I cannot afford another one so I have an expensive drone that won’t work. The developers should at least respond to these reviews and tell us whether there’s any hope.

all you have to do is take a drill battery and hook the wires up to it for a few seconds to charge it because it’s too dead and then put it in your charger and then it will work

I purchased my first to me real Drone 2016. I was on top of the world until I crashed it, then just last year was hoping to regain that feeling of fun and accomplishment. I purchased another one to replace my first. I have iPhone pro now. BreezeCam want stay open. It crush my heart and money gone. Whhhhhyyyy 🥲🥲😔😔😞☹️🥺😭😠. Please fix I believe in you. I want to fly again.

Got this drone as a gift enjoy the heck out of it. it is fun and easy to use, BreezeCam has issues connecting iPhone to controlled once in control remote you cannot control the camera at all !! reset controller does nothing and for my fat sausage Fingers it is hard to control the drone with my phone. Would give BreezeCam more stars if those bugs were fixed

For he past week or two BreezeCam crashes on every iPhone I have. iPhone 5S running iOS 10.3.3, iPhone X and iPhone XS running iOS 14.4. This has to be a date activated failure of BreezeCam and without BreezeCam the Breeze is nothing more than a desk ornament.

Come on Yuneec get your act together. This is completely and totally unacceptable to render these aircraft unusable.

We demand a fix for BreezeCam!!!!!

I’m unable to login to BreezeCam due to a “network error”. Without BreezeCam working, the drone will not work. I’ve tried contacting customer support all day, but every number I call is either a scam, or not even the company’s number as claimed. I also can’t retrieve any of my photos since I can’t login like I said. This made my $400 drone purchase basically a complete waste.

I have a Breeze 4K drone and recently switched to IPhone 12 Pro Max. I had to download BreezeCam again for IOS. When connecting WiFi to the drone, BreezeCam connects and immediately closes. I have reset the drone multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled BreezeCam many times as well. Nothing works. BreezeCam keeps closing as soon as the drone connects to it.

Mind be wishful thinking (but I’ll try) ::
But, I Can’t seem to update it for 2021 and my breeze 4K, seems to wave around please YUNEEC international …
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, give iOS users to the breeze 4K drone, a recent or current users a update !!

Bought a breeze 4K drone tried to register the drone says network errors try to calibrate my drone says insufficient battery to complete and the battery is fully charged drone won’t take off when I slide to confirm take off it just sits there horrible app and I want my money back they say this is the easiest drone to fly well I’m flying one now that was way easier to set up fix your stuff guys come one !!!!

The manufacture is not supporting BreezeCam any longer and so when you open BreezeCam it crashes immediately making the Stong absolutely worthless. Worked last summer stored for the winter and now that it’s summer again I pull it out to try and use it and nothing happens. This is what happens when you buy cheap Chinese junk

I cannot fly my drone anymore because this Breeze Cam app keeps crashing. I contacted Yuneec Customer Support about this and this was their response.
“Unfortunately that drone is discontinued. We no longer support BreezeCam . A third party company is working on updating BreezeCam to be compatible with the newest version of IOS. Updates will be announced when available”

Flew this drone several time. Had an issue with one of the batteries and was not able to return it. Now BreezeCam on my phone crashes. Can not recommend.

I have the drone almost a year now and recently BreezeCam hasn’t been working properly and it has been crashing and it keeps disconnecting while flying. Please fix this problem

I ignored all the bad online reviews. First flight lost WiFi at 80ft. This would become commonplace. Drone completely shut off once at 100+ ft which is about as high as it will go without loosing connection. Crashes to the ground and exploded apart. Junk junk junk. Do not buy!! Tried to upload flight logs to customer service and keeps saying server error.

I was flying yesterday in my backyard but a couple of hours later I decided to fly again and BreezeCam keeps shutting down. I reinstalled BreezeCam , restarted my phone and BreezeCam shuts down within 5 seconds of opening it. Unusable completely. Can’t even fly anymore what’s the point.
