Paiad for the app and my card was charged. After 7 days the premium features stopped working.
Given the the volume of reviews with my same problem - the app crashing every time its opened or freezes the shuts down before you can edit - its clear the App is the problem not individuel users. I've noticed the customer feedback on the issue, goes back a few YEARS. WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, ON THE DEVELOPER'S END?
The Youcam app isn’t working. Each time I open the app and try to take a picture, it exits out automatically. I paid for an annual subscription, which expires in Sept 2024. Please refund my money.
I can't install this app from Google Play Store 😔 I don't know why.. after factory reset I can't install this app 😭 2 days ago I used this app beautifully 😭 now I can't install...
The app does not work, even though I paid for the yearly subscription. It freezes every time I try to upload a photo to edit.
I paid for yearly subscription but now I’m required to pay for subscription again in order to use certain features which I already paid for. But when clicked “free trial” it says I alrdy have the premium version. Not able to use features that premium version shld be able to. Emailed but thus far no one got back to me to either fix this issue or return my money back. I am hoping to get a response from you this time.
