this means that the ‘news’ they report is approved by the govt for release to the populace......which makes it essentially turkish propaganda.
there is a reason there are more journalists in jail in turkey than anywhere in the world.
don’t expect to see any stories on turkish government human rights abuses, no stories on turkish government support for daesh, etc etc
but if you need a source for turkish state propaganda.....download TRTWorld.

Interesting news coverage from a different perspective, but not updated quickly
This is one of the best news apps with easy to use interface. However, in the last update, the sharing functionality was removed for news articles and/or videos. Restoring this functionality would generate a 5 star rating.
I became aware of TRT on a trip to Morocco where there were very limited English stations. I came to appreciate TRT’s relative “hard news and followup questions” approach. I continue to follow it on line now that I’m back in the states.
TRT is one of those channels I watch everyday! Unfortunately this apps has some bugs, video is playing but I hear nothing! Please resolve the sound issue as soon as possible!

I love watching TRT world but there is a problem on the application. There is no sound in the videos, today’s brief and the live.
The news are no doubt very well structured and presented but the small clips and documentaries of unknown historical heroes is mind opening! Good job 👍
