Hik connect app not working, cant open show has bug.plz resolve issue asap

Can't open app! I get this app has a bug. I Uninstalled and reinstalled. Turned phone off and on and still nothing. What do I do?

What happened? the apps crashed after updating. Please rectify asap.

guess we're on the same boat regarding the crashes Hikconnect app Samsung reported a bug on the app. I think it's the new update of Andriod 12 that cause the problem, I can't view it on my mobile. but on my computer hik-connect is working fine

I am a network engineer and install hikvision product on a daily basis. Never any issues until today, I'm assuming an update was released as android no longer works, IOS is fine. Frustrating as all our Devices are android and with over 200 live systems a lot of our clients are having the same trouble and understandably concerned. We actually installed a solar powered system yesterday. The unit cost £1200 + Vat and then installation, travel, hotel, expenses + other costs all came to a high invoice for our client who was extremely happy with the outcome, that was until he woke up today. As a CCTV installation company we will look after this client at a cost to ourselves. I would ask what hik are doing about this for us all out there using there products???

Same problem as everyone else. Had no acces to cameras. Working fine until tried today. Opens then closes immediately. Error message saying app has bug. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times on Samsung Galaxy S12, (Android). Please help HIK URGENTLY!

App flashes a white screen with a message that there is a big to be fixed. It says clear cache. I cleared the cache with no improvement. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Problem continues.please assist asap

I cannot open the app. It crashed right a way and there is no solution to bring it up. It has a bug and its related to new android update since this problem occurred after phone has been updated. Please have a solution asap!

It look like google has blocked this app from working because of spat with USA and China app was working fine until android updated on my phone now it just closes as soon as it is started, ive uninstalled and reinstalled it states this app could be dangerous. The app is no longer available in play store for the reason above.
