Hik-Connect Status

Not working on samsung s20 mobile for the last two days ut still working on samsung tab s7+. When is it expected to be resolved? Alarm and cctv system can't be seen remotely.

I have managed to resolve the problem on my Samsung Android A52S 4G by downloading and installing V4.24.1 and restarting and it is now working as before.

Hik connect app now not working, cant open show has bug

Samsung galaxy Galaxy A72. Hik-Connect unable to work. Flash and close. Un-install and re-install still unable to work. Error msg shows "Hik-Connect close because this app has a bug". Urgent! Pls help to fix as soon as possible because I need to check safety of old parents at home. Thank you.

Hik-connect app stopped working. Gives all white screen for a second and then reports there is a bug.

App won't open, closes in milliseconds

Status quo. Still not working. Honestly don't know if hik vision putting any effort to remove this bug.. Atleast give a timeline till app is up and running. Thank you.

The Hik-connect app suddenly stop working on my samsung S22 ultra. Works perfect on my samsung tablet and iphone 12. The app starts like for a second and go off.

Same as others, suddenly from nowhere, app has a bug and closes on start. Wont start since. Reinstall doesnt help, changes nothing. I had an older installer file, gave it a try and it works. Phone is a Samsung S21 with the recent G991BXXU5CVGB. Version of the installer that works is 4.20.0.1111. So I think its something in conflict with the recent apk and this android. Hope I could help some of you guys!

Same as everyone else, inconvenient but I'm sure they're doing they're best to fix it, being a fisherman I've plenty of patience.

Hi, Not sure what's wrong to my hand phone (VIVO X70). All this while my Hik-Connect - for End User app was working nicely until the recently , i have updated it once it was pop-up for update. Thereafter, it doesn't work at all and couldn't go in at all as it briefly kicked me out or close immediately. I tried many times to uninstall and reinstall, and the app couldn't work at all. Once I reinstalled again and click open..., The msg shows " Hik-Connect app hardening plug-in is experiencing anomalies" Another clicked again against the app, it shows "Hik-Connect runtime exception" and " Hik-Connect is experiencing crashes. Pls contact ..." My family members which are using Android and i-phone which had have no issue issue to open it. It's because the new version (v 4.24.1.0715(166) 2022-07-18, 19:38.34) app is not so compatible to my Vivo x70 or some other phones as well or the app has its own issue? pls help to provide solution . I can't open my app when I press to open it not open go back to the hik log

Just been on there website and downloaded a update, works fine now

Downloaded older version and got app to work again. Obviously problem with new update. Tried several older versions before finding one that would launch on Pixel 4a so your mileage may vary.
