App won't open, keeps crashing

After i updated the app on my Google pixel 5 phone, it crashes when i try to open it. Reinstallation didn't help.

Hik-Connect app will not open on my Android V12. Was working just fine until 07/06/22, App tries to start then immediately shuts down. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Restarted phone and nothing works. Has anyone resolved this issue? I see there are several with the same problem. Thank you

Hi I am having same issues as some other end users, brought a new phone Google pixel 6, running Android 12 was working for about a week then everytime I try viewing from the app keeps crashing. Tried deleting and redownloading but no success, anyone got any suggestions?

I suppose tge crash was introduced with play system update July 2022

App stopped working a few days ago. Uninstalled reinstalled etc and try to open app and it closes immediately.

My app stopped working this morning, would not launch, just keep crashing when trying to launch it. Try reinstall and upgrading. No luck.

Today morning onwards my Hik connect app not working I'm unable to open, uninstalled & again installed & i cleared my data & i restarted my mobile also, but it's still not opening. It's showing me an error message. "Hik-Connect" failed to start several times. Restore it by clearing its history? Please anyone help me how to fix it

Had changed my phone and everything moved across from old to new apart from hik-connect for some reason. Downloaded hik-connect to my new phone but after accepting my phone number and password, it wouldnt open up. I discovered that the app had loaded onto my sd card. I moved it to phone internal memory and it worked fine.

I updated my app I think that is the issue when I have a front line crossing it logs it as an event but it doesn’t take a photo of it anymore just a bell how can I sort this? Thanks

The app updated now everything is offline

We have since yesterday Hik-Connect offline, it seams that the server is offline

On my new IPad and New MacBook Pro I am only getting one camera on both machines yet all cameras on IPhones.

My hik app to see my cameras keeps closing as soon as I open it. Google pixel 5a with Android 13. Worked before.

hik coonect constantly crashes for me non-stop. Can anyone help?

Hik Connect app on my iPad has worked OK for some years, but it now freezes every few minutes - right facing triangular arrow appears and the picture will not move until the arrow is touched. The only change I have recently made is to update the iPad. My bank required the latest iPad program. No other app freezes.

My hik connect app was installed 2 days ago worked fine for a few hours then playback wouldn’t load , the cane came out reset my box started working fine then from 2am last night the playback not working on iPhone please help

The app freezes my iphone 12 i cant turn the phone off.
