Hi. My Hik app closes by itself immediately after I open it. Please help me.
it keeps telling to clear history, when I touch my screen nothing happens, what do I do.
Same issue as other users.After last update, app does not open. Was working fine before last update. Please FIX this bug or alternatively send pre-update version for reinstall. Think of your reputation!!
Samsung S20 and getting the message, 'App has a bug'. Uninstalled the App and trying to install the update from APKmirror - that App is even worse, riddled with adverts that are deliberately placed so that you click on those rather than the download you actually want, very frustrating

The app wont open at all.auto closes on my S22+ samung android. Was fine this morning. Message comes up and says hik connect closed becaue this app has a bug the developer provides a fix for this error.

New Version Crashing. Please fix the bug Hik. for Now, this old version is working fine 4.20.0.1111. Can download by google.
Delete current app.. Go to apkmirror and download older version of Hik Connect. Worked for me and least I've access to cctv for for now. Will update to newer app in a few weeks when it should be resolved.

Go to hikvision appstore to get the latest version 4.25 of HikConnect. Mine works well after update.
Same problem as many others facing. Can't open the app crashes saying bug issue. It works on my old iPhone XS, but not on my s22 ultra.
Since the update of my Galaxy Fold 3 it stopped working, two day ago
App was updated on the 12th of August and now opens for me.
I just reinstall older version, is working again
