Hik-Connect Status

My Hik-Connect App continue to close itself when I open it. In few words "DOESN'T WORK!" Please repair the bug as soon as possible. It's a surveillance system for God sake. I need to see at home if everything is alright... Asus Rog Phone 5, Android 12

My hik-connect on my phone will not open. I tried the step that on the website to connect, but the app still will not open. Could someone walk me through to reconnect the app. Thanks 803-513-2681

Hello There is a bug on the app. Saw many users having same issue as app keeps crashing. The issue seems to be with some android versions though as on my work mobile which is a samsung a02s the app works but there is a latency on the time whereas on my s22 ultra it keeps crashing. Please fix this asap.

Same issue as other users.After last update, app does not open. Was working fine before last update. Please FIX this bug or alternatively send pre-update version for reinstall. Think of your reputation!!

I cannot download hik connect on my android tablet. I had it on there and then it said there was a newer version so tried to download it but couldn't It says there is a bug and wait until the developer has a fix to fix it. Advice please

Hi Since today the app flashes a white screen for a second and then closes on a Pixel phone. Tried to re-install does not help.
