Close and restart the Levi's app on iPhone
Update Levi's app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Levi's iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Levi's on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Levi's network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

1. On android, goto Settings » Levi's » click [Force Stop]

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Levi's » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Levi's.

Fix Levi's unable to contact server/ Levi's internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Levi's » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Levi's » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
