- Ads after every game are too long and frequent

- Team help can only be used once before recharging

- Coins are lost even when the game ends in a draw

- Recent changes have made the game less convenient (no pause button, waiting for opponent to play first)

- Tournament structure is unbalanced

- Developer does not respond to emails

- System of calculating average score is unfair

- Newest update has made the game less fun and freezes on some devices

I played Ruzzle for many years. Since a couple of days there is no connection with our players and the server. The most recent update is 3,9,7. Can it be fixed?

Intermittent problem. I get duplicate boards. It does not happen with practice rounds nor events. It seems my game is not being register as played. I can play the board again. Not fair. Not fun. Please fix. Sometimes happens 3 or 4 times with same round.
