I work at a local school and we using 365pay for our micro market in the cafeteria. One of the students is trying to create their account and when they go to confirm with the email sent they get the following message on the Privacy Policy Screen: Uh-oh! Error: Resource Not Found Support ID: 9E2F51C8-482D-413A-A057-3951F2911926

I do not remember the pin associated with my account. I put in my email address and wait for a response email and it never comes.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent 365Pay app issues:

Force Stop the 365Pay App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click 365Pay app. » click "Force Stop".

Update 365Pay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 365Pay App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "365Pay app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch 365Pay.

Fix 365Pay unable to contact server/ 365Pay internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click 365Pay » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got 365Pay » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
