Not receiving account set up email.
I work at a local school and we using 365pay for our micro market in the cafeteria. One of the students is trying to create their account and when they go to confirm with the email sent they get the following message on the Privacy Policy Screen: Uh-oh! Error: Resource Not Found Support ID: 9E2F51C8-482D-413A-A057-3951F2911926
I'm not receiving the set up email at all
I do not remember the pin associated with my account. I put in my email address and wait for a response email and it never comes.
