Convenient, yes. Easy to use, also yes. The most annoying part about 365Pay is that I can t load anything less than $10. I don’t use 365Pay that often; mostly cause I used Apple Pay, or bring my debit card with me to work. But.. since they’ve taken the Apple Pay off our old swipe machine, for whatever reason. I sometimes forget my debit card, and don’t want to load $10 onto something I hardly use.

It was very quick and easy to setup an account on 365Pay. I can quickly add funds with my credit card so I can buy food in the market. Like being able to see my past purchases and also earning loyalty points that I can redeem for cash back!

I downloaded 365Pay to use at work. I have tried to set up an account over and over but I get to various steps and have a blank screen with no way to advance. So then I have to put in my email again, wait for the confirmation, click on it and then it still won’t work. I’ve uninstalled and installed it and nothing. Worthless app

By far the easiest app I have used. The user interface is beautiful and makes tracking your loyalty point fun! It’s a must-download if there is a 365 kiosk in your office.

Thanks for the new layout on 365Pay . I can access important features much more quickly and 365Pay overall feels more user friendly!

Just set up 365Pay . The buttons are often right in front the box you are entering in so you have to enter things like email addresses without seeing it. Cool feature to scan your credit card, but no instructions on how to use it, so ended up just entering it by hand. Hope 365Pay is better than the setup screen!

App doesn’t seem to allow more than one linked payment card. Or if they do, there is no easy way to access instructions for how to add a second card.

I’ve tried repeatedly over and over to create an account but it keeps staying my password isn’t long enough.
Not sure why even if the password I add is 10+ characters…
Very frustrating

Sends dozens of notifications at all times of the day about orders that do not exist. I’ve had more than 20 notifications per day on days when I haven’t opened 365Pay the all.

Won’t take password no mater how long or complicated the password is, error message says password must be at least 8 characters long

I’ve tried to verify my email like 20 times & it never shows up in my email … it would be nice to at least try 365Pay out

One of the worst engineered apps I have ever seen. Do not put a dime into this puzzle of death.

Was promised $5 free as a promotional deal. Never got the money. Deleted 365Pay .

I love 365Pay! I almost never have cash on me, so being able to pay with my phone is key!

Having the nutritional info right in 365Pay is a great tiebreaker when I can't choose between two snacks!

Scanning drinks and snacks from 365Pay using your phones camera is pretty cool! It works really well. Also a nice place to track my loyalty points!

I had an existing balance when the WMATA- went from the 365 app to an AvantiMarket app. I never received a refund from the 365 app.

Easy to use app. Makes snacking at work simple and convenient.

I am running the latest version and am unable to add the 365 scan code to Apple Wallet. This was available in previous versions.
