App is not working. Need to get a copy of my wages as soon as possible. Entered pin number but screen comes blank.

Close and restart the Unily app on iPhone
Update Unily app to the Latest Version for iOS

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Unily app issues:

Force Stop the Unily App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Unily app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Unily to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Unily App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Unily app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Unily.

Fix Unily unable to contact server/ Unily internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Unily » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Unily » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Unily on android.
