I downloaded ALTT to watch a show- expecting all its episodes to be streaming. However, most shows have erratic or incomplete episodes on their app. Their customer service is aware of this problem and no one has done anything to fix it. Since ALTT won’t let you check out the contents before you purchase the subscription, there is no way of finding out if they actually have the episodes that they claim they do.

Unfortunately, after you have subscribed and you find out they don’t actually have the episodes they said they had, they will not refund the money to you. That’s just their poor policies. No actually good app would get away with cheating their customers like this.

Ever since I’ve become a member, I’ve always had issues with ALTT/channel.
1. Technical difficulties ALL the time. Sometimes ALTT in the phone freezes, sometimes it’s the TV app. For being Indian tech, I would expect much better.
2. Shows- they will start a show and then never renew it for the second year. Not one show, but numerous shows. Waste of time folks. Avoid it at all costs.

I downloaded ALTT hope to watch all the episodes of the shows. After watching couple episodes it’s stopped and unable to watch further episodes. Not only that now ALTT is not even working. I can’t even open to watch something else. The worst thing is I paid to get ALTT. Waste of money😡😡

Do not pay for this subscription. ALTT is hopeless and there is no customer support. They don’t respond to any emails. We were not able to watch a single show - it just kept asking us to subscribe even after I had already paid for a 3 month subscription.

Don’t download ALTT guys, because I paid for the 3 month subscription and the transaction went through. However, ALTT still won’t let me watch shows. I tried to contact customer service and they say they’ll reply in 48 hours but they are LYING. THEY DON’T! They haven’t responded and I doubt they will even though I sent them a copy of my receipt.

This is the worst app created ever. ALTT keeps crashing with error “your internet is acting up”. Seriously!! All the other contents of the world are working and your app is not able to read from internet. That is not my internet problem, that is your app problem. I don’t want to abuse in the review but ALTT is worth many. Terrible app. I took the subscription and now repenting why I took the subscription.

ALTT is very buggy which was not the case before. ALTT keeps displaying the play/pause button in the middle of the screen every 30-45 seconds. Once you touch the screen, those options disappear and then reappears again in 30 seconds. It totally ruins the entire experience. I tried changing devices but iPhone, iPad and Macbook, all three had the same issue.

Worst application when i tried to download something it get crashed and not getting open. I have the subscription but it’s not useful at all because the application is not working after it got crashed. I have to uninstall it and again download it to open this... Waste of money and time.

I got the subscription because of The shows are like. Funny thing is two or three episodes are available for the shows I want to watch. This is a scam.

They contacted me after I wrote the review. They said how can we help? I said how about a refund since there are only 2-3 episodes for some shows?

These idiots pointed me to their terms and conditions page which is very long & tiny to read. ALTT should not be on the Apple app store. It’s a complete scam.

The shows are just horrendous. They pick promising topics and try to pretend that they are presenting a show..the shows are in fact just garbage with forceful inclusion of cliche and soulless buzzwords.. there is only one thing consistent about the shows here and that is the pointlessness of each and every show. And they manipulate the IMDB review rating by flooding it with fake reviews submitted by fake accounts..Shame on you Ekta Kapoor.. so much resource wasted in making amateur shows..even a student project is 1000 times better

We subscribed for a year and it stops every 3 months stating that we are due with the credit.. you request again, they apologize,start it over and again after 3 months it shows the subscription is over. Why charge for a year when you can’t provide the customer full service ? Wasted 3 months in just getting in touch with them. Contacting them with the issue and getting back an answer is another hassle in life!! Hate it!!!!

Roku app for ALTBalaji fails to launch!! Can you please work with them to resolve this? This is frustrating, I just subscribed but now can’t watch on a TV.

Update:- App launches Roku, but in all platforms (Apple TV, Roku, Web browser) except for iOS...there’s a lot of buffering. This is absolutely aggravating. Agreed there are great shows, but it’s no good if there’s this kind of buffering!! Please please fix the bugs in all platforms. Balaji Productions has enough funds to fix ALTT they’re investing on. Internet speed is over 75mbps, no other apps buffer than this one.

So, I already paid $14 for a year but it’s still not working I’m not able to watch any shows it just takes me back to the subscription page and when I click on the yearly payment option it says that you are already subscribed. I don’t understand that what exactly is the problem? I don’t want to waste my money I need a solution. So, can someone please help? Because if you guys can’t than you guys have the worst customer service policy. So, Do Something instead of giving subscribers hard time.

I was excited to see an app from India much before when Netflix was cool in India. After 2 years ALTT still has massive glitches in streaming the videos . It is a paid app and the viewers expect more than that.

I paid for 3 month subscription but when I try to watch any episodes it keeps giving pop up to subscribe again. And when I click on it, it says that I have subscription but won’t let me watch any episodes. No response after I reported the problem either. What a waste of time.

Less content and app has issues, ALTT keeps dropping me out even when subscribed. If you are off ALTT for a few weeks it considers you as non subscribed and keeps asking you to subscribe again.
And customer service doesn’t reply.

i was not able to watch my downloaded videos when i am offline!the videos are downloaded and stored in my device,why i need to be on line?also when you send a question and ask for help,no one gets back to you,ever!SHAME👎👎👎👎

The download was easy and quick. I signed up and watched a few trailers. Initially I got an error message stating my internet wasn’t working and I had to restart app. I watched a few trailers but quality not as great as I hoped for streaming. The shows look good so far hopefully steaming will improve.

I enjoyed some of the shows on ALTT. I didn’t have any trouble steaming on my tablet or phone however, ALTT does not allow to cast screen to my tv which is disappointing since this is possible when many other apps. I also like the English subtitles. So thanks ALTBalaji. Please make some improvements and then I will rate it 5 stars!

I didnt have any problems with it. Sure it could be better but so can any other app out there. Anyway thats jut like my opinion man, I enjoyed it.
