Zero Good Content and Horrible Customer Service

I downloaded this app to watch a show- expecting all its episodes to be streaming. However, most shows have erratic or incomplete episodes on their app. Their customer service is aware of this problem and no one has done anything to fix it. Since the app won’t let you check out the contents before you purchase the subscription, there is no way of finding out if they actually have the episodes that they claim they do.
Unfortunately, after you have subscribed and you find out they don’t actually have the episodes they said they had, they will not refund the money to you. That’s just their poor policies. No actually good app would get away with cheating their customers like this.
Regarding the subscription problem

So, I already paid $14 for a year but it’s still not working I’m not able to watch any shows it just takes me back to the subscription page and when I click on the yearly payment option it says that you are already subscribed. I don’t understand that what exactly is the problem? I don’t want to waste my money I need a solution. So, can someone please help? Because if you guys can’t than you guys have the worst customer service policy. So, Do Something instead of giving subscribers hard time.
Very slow video streaming

Roku app for ALTBalaji fails to launch!! Can you please work with them to resolve this? This is frustrating, I just subscribed but now can’t watch on a TV.
Update:- App launches Roku, but in all platforms (Apple TV, Roku, Web browser) except for iOS...there’s a lot of buffering. This is absolutely aggravating. Agreed there are great shows, but it’s no good if there’s this kind of buffering!! Please please fix the bugs in all platforms. Balaji Productions has enough funds to fix the app they’re investing on. Internet speed is over 75mbps, no other apps buffer than this one.
