The control button goes to red light not green It runs the motor for about 30 seconds and stops. You repress the button and goes to red again and lasts for 30 seconds again then stops again. It’s only 3 months old and only used it about 10 times. I’m totally pissed off about it.

How to fix Smoov app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Smoov app on iPhone
Update Smoov app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Smoov iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Smoov on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Smoov network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Smoov Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Smoov not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Smoov App
1. On android, goto Settings » Smoov » click [Force Stop]

Update Smoov to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Smoov App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Smoov » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Smoov.

Fix Smoov unable to contact server/ Smoov internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Smoov » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Smoov » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
