Also my previous account at store #9536, I could not access any more and all my points were gone and I had to start over which I was vary disappointed. Because of that I started eating more at Taco Bell also in my town.
I went to Taco John's to eat on 02/08/2023 and got my (2) receipts, one for me (dine-in) and one for my sister (take-out) . Today I tried to add my rewards to the app. Each time I clicked Done it came up with oops something went wrong. A few minutes later I tried again. This time it came up Oops! You cannot use the same receipt more than once. So now what can I do????? Store #9536 The two receipts for $13.02 and $10.59 do not match the ones in Account History added on 02/09/2023 which are $9.82 and $12.07 My phone number is (320) 220-2881
My previous account is gone along with all my points. It wants me to set up a new account.
